In some companies the HR doesn't negotiate, the CEO himself negotiates the salary with u. HR is dumb and they say that you need to talk about the salary with the CEO.
On a human level and spiritual level we have to consciously ensure that we do not harass our juniors because karma will not leave you trust me , you are spoiling your saturn which is related to labour and mass works who work below you , so be careful before mis treating someone who is working for you , it will come to bite you very bad in life.

Am I the only one who thinks these salaries are paltry compared to US silicon valley? Considering how expensive SG is, with 2 bed rent touching 5K SGD. A monthly salary of even 10K falls short right?
It can be also solved on the basis of Gender. Means male and Female. Suppose 8M Population is there in the Ahmedabad. But it seems to be that higher number of males use fly kites. So we can also solve this

Going through the same phase . I’m already overworking and being underpaid and he’s asking me to work even on weekends and national holidays and also work till 1-2 am in the morning. Regular taunts about not working enough while other interns used to just watch videos on insta and laugh while I’m working like a donkey . Still the boss compares me to them and tries to demoralise me . 90% of the project works are being done by me and still I’m being taken for granted .

She has been lying and inflating ISB's program for years now. Unfortunately, a lot of students will get influenced and join that moronic marketing propaganda. Truth is, ISB's 1 year program is much much weaker than the 1 year program at ABC. The rankings are high only because of the larger batch size and international(Indian Origin) faculty that come to ISB to spend holidays in India and eat local food. A lot of my friends are under debt burden because of ISB.
