Why even date a girl who plays all these games and puts you through all these tests in the first place? Even if you have to put on a show to "pass her tests", a girl like this sounds like constant drama and would cheat on you the moment you show any weakness or she finds someone "better". I don't want to tip toe around eggshells just to pursue her. Focus on yourself. Be confident and happy in yourself, and the right girl or person will come along eventually

My ex wife of 8 years with whom I share children with monkey branched to a guy from her past. She never ever brought up anything about this guy. So it’s not always true that women talking about somebody means they aren’t over them yet. Not true at all. I let her go immediately, gone no contact and let her be. Fast forward 9 months later, I’ve mostly healed, moved on, and got my divorce completely in my favour. She’s a complete stranger to me. She on the other hand, still hangs around my friends and family. They constantly tell me that she made a mistake. But I won’t allow her back. She monkey branched and found out.

Hmmm i get what you mean. But if it helps you to move on and get together with old or new people, its your choice. And even if she things that way of you doing that afterwards, who cares... it means she is even more of a woman to not care about. No man needs a woman who enjoys the pain of someone she once loved. I kind of have the same situation right now and the more and longer she treats me like i am suddently noone, the more i realize, what a rediculous person she actually is.
if u are willing to cut other people off for a relationship, make sure that you guys will do whatever it takes to make it work out. but no person should ask u to stop talking to other people. they should do that on their own

if a woman is truly over her ex, u won’t know about him. simple. if the convo was related & she happens to bring him up fine but if she randomly trauma dumps about her ex, she’s clearly not ready for a relationship
as a woman i agree. however, i think that the longevity of a relationship doesn’t always matter. some women get stuck on men that they’ve only dating for a month. especially if they dated at a young age (under 18). a woman’s attachment and love when it comes to a man at a young age is much stronger leaving her to be traumatized as an adult and like u said, settling

I've literally seen wives do this. You can tell because, at social events, they will be engaging mostly other men, not women, by themselves, all the while low-key trying to avoid mingling with their husbands. I was once put in a compromising position by one of these wives. Picture this, at a pool party, she finds out I work pretty close to where she works so she tells me that we should have lunch that week, like it's a normal thing. I remember thinking to myself "why the f-ck would I want to have lunch with you without your husband being there, you hoe?!" Never turned it down but made sure to never engage her alone again. On the flip side, my wife, my kid and I go overseas every summer (we own a house there). She usually leaves a month before I do because I only get 3 weeks of vacation. Well, I found out this year, after 16 years of going overseas, that she walks around without her wedding band on (because the sun and the heat make the wedding band rub her finger so bad it creates like an allergy, or so she says,) goes on coffee/lunch/dinner dates with single ladies with plenty of single men present, etc. I mean, she purposely kept this information away from me for 16 freaking years. To this day, I do not know what prompted her to act this hypergamic but she was informed that if she were to engage again in such events, that someone would be delivering the divorce papers to her while the coffee cup still had coffee in it.

We both love each other, have for over 10 years but we are married to 2 different people. We didn't think we were the right person back then but we came to the realization that no matter who we're with and no matter what comes we always find our way back to one another. Our connection is incredibly strong and always have been. We were just in the wrong state of mind back then. He is getting a divorce from his wife now because their relationship is terrible. She's a bit of a emotionally distanced narcissist and a horse girl (bleh!) while he is a very romantic and sexual person. Physical contact is very important to him which he never gets from her. They have 3 children together. I am very much like my ex, very physical and romantic. I don't get much attention from my husband either. He's distanced and only touches me if he wants sex. Thats also the only time he tells me that he loves me. We are currently working on our relationship and it went pretty good so far but my husband is getting back to old habits of being mean and snarky and emotionally unavailable. My ex and I had a long talk and he told me he loved me and that he was in horrible pain because of it. Hes very afraid that I end up choosing my husband while he falls in love with me again if we ever meet in person. He ended the conversation by saying he was going to sleep and that it would be better this way and he hasn't been online since. That was almost 2 days ago. I myself took a day to reflect on myself and what I want in life because my husband is a good guy and hard working and despite his behavior he deserves all the love. In the end I wrote him a long text that I loved him and that it wouldn't matter when my marriage ends, today, in a year, or even later, it would end the same way and I would always love him and that if we ever met up again I would only end up choosing him because he was my true love all along and I fucked up by marrying my husband. We have two kids together and he's a wonderful father and I would be taking all of that from him. And I'm heartbroken because of it. But my ex didn't read any of it because he hasn't been online! And I'm wondering why. Is he trying to reflect on the situation himself? Is he trying to distance himself from me in the hopes to forget me? (Which didn't work in over 10 years so it won't work now but whatever). I don't want to call him on the phone and I want to give him the space he needs but he didn't read what I had to say so now he might be breaking his head over nothing. I don't know what to think, I need a strangers opinion. Also no I didn't cheat on my husband. My husband knows about my ex and that we're still friends and that we're having a strong connection. I was always honest with him out of respect for him because I never want to be a cheater. My husband said if a life with my ex is really what I want then he'd let me go but he's still trying to make me change my mind. I will always answer more questions of course.
I would say it is completely normal and healthy to do that as long as it comes naturally. Sometimes you are in your free time, sometimes not, so sometimes your answer will be quick, sometimes not. Also, it is normal to make time for the other person accordingly to how advanced the relationship is, you don't come out as needy or bored if you make time for the other person, when they know you have a busy schedule - if they are important to you, you should show that. Yes, it is unattractive to text all day long, and this is true for both men and women. Although, I have 3 points to make - if you exaggerate with this and you constantly look like you don't have time while clearly having time to do other activities, this easily translates into lack of interest and a normal person who knows their worth will eventually leave because why stay where you are not wanted when there are so many other people that want you? You feel like you bother people and no normal person wants that. - also, if you make it look like there are other girls that she needs to compete with... I will just say NO high value woman will ever do this :) so if she stays in this situation, you will for sure not get a high value woman :)))) - if you do this in a correct way, then it means you respect and value your time, which should also mean that you respect and value other people's time - so this means you should also be capable of understanding and accepting the other person living their life too. The problem is when you always like to look busy, while you expect the other person to answer you quickly. Simply put, this is NARCISSISM.
Girls can crave that,but woman don't like boys like that know the difference and try to know at least one decent woman who knows what she wants before jumping to conclusions.
Actually, never E.V.E.R listen to a womans advice on what to do in terms of attracting other women.. 99.999999% of all women have zero ability to actually introspect in regards to what actually makes certain male behaviors attractive to women in general.. It has been proven thousands upon thousands of times already.. So guys, don't listen to women giving you advice on women. This ofc goes for the other way around as well.. I'm currently in a talking stage with someone who checks off all the boxes for me, and I went to the movies with one of my friends and her and two of hers.
