Your garden looks beautiful and very natural. I just love the wild look of a garden and have learned that there is no such thing as a weed; and what most people call "weeds" actually has a very significant status, if not for humans, then for all the tiny little creatures out there that also deserve a place in nature. If one would allow "weed" to grow, it will also have the chance to bloom and show its beauty; and it is not a rarity that one can also see/enjoy the sight of cocoons (butterflies especially) hidden at the bottom of all kinds of weeds. But as I said, if one also allow that beautiful weed to grow. In my garden everything is allowed to grow as much and as tall as it can. Nature with all its beauty never ceases to amaze me and I am convinced that all this beauty, life and color is not there for my eyes and my soul only, but very much for all kinds of small, medium, large creatures to enjoy it and benefit from it as well.
Dont cut it cause it is beautiful. Mouth dropping beauty. Wow !! It reminds me so much of weeping roses. It is dead gorgeous and very romantic ! Thats the beauty of a weeping rose. I am looking for a weeping rose and learning which varieties is the best . So far it is China doll and yet I want the roses to have a little bigger blooms and yours fit in perfectly cause it is not a standard tree rose . Exactly what i wanted. May i know what is the name of rose ? Thank you sooooo much for doing this video. 🌹❤️🌹❤️🌹🌹
They are doing well, just make sure to keep them well watered until they have adjusted to the transplant. If you can try and move them after a lot of rainfall or just before you get lots of rain. Happy planting 🌼
Even if they don’t do well after being transplanted, just leave the plant and hopefully the seeds will sew themselves out for next year. Happy planting 🌼
I am not sure, I got a starter plant from my mother in law about 11 years ago and the plant has just sewed itself out in the garden ever since. Happy planting 😮
I LOVE THIS PLANT/FLOWER! I have a few in my garden i actually have the opposite problem i can't get enough grow! They have not taken over my garden at least not yet! Love the video! Thanks so much! 😉👍🌿🌿💮🌸💮🌸💮💮💮✨️✨️
My favorite variety of echinacea, they attract a lot of pollinators! Not only that, they are medicinal, long blooming, and produce seeds for birds. Excellent gardening sistren! Big up
Pretty at first... Then you notice that every year you have a lot more than last year. And then it starts choking out other plants, and it's in your grass or maybe your neighbor's lawn. It seems like the bulbs work their way deeper and deeper every year, so it gets harder to dig them up. I'm looking for how to get rid of it. Your garden is beautiful!
Thank you for sharing your experience with this beautiful plant. Yes they are pretty robust, thankfully mine haven’t gotten out of hand, hopefully they stay in check. How long did you have them in the garden before they started taking over? I have only had them for two years. Happy planting 🌼
@@mygardendiary7393 My garden is big enough that I wouldn't say the Star of Bethlehem has taken over, but the effort involved in trying to eradicate it in some areas and prevent it from expanding in the rest of the garden takes up a LOT of my time - time & energy I would rather put into other gardening tasks. I didn't know what it was at first; it took me maybe 10 years to finally find something online that enabled me to identify it. I read that each bulb can create 7 new bulbs each year, so you can imagine what you might see next year. And all those flowers are going to send out seeds that might settle within your forget-me-nots or alongside a tulip or in the grass, and it will look charming until & unless nearby flowers aren't able to thrive and you have empty spots in the grass after the Star of Bethlehem dies back. It could be that the conditions where I live are exactly what Star of Bethlehem loves, and that might not be the case for you. I truly hope for your sake it doesn't become a pest for you.
I want what you have with your forget me nots…absolutely beautiful! I need your help, I have some seedlings that I winter sowed, will they grow in partial sun next to hostas? Thank you in advance!
I have them sprinkled all over the garden and they seem to grow best where they have the most light. Combining them with hostas can be tricky as the seedlings might not get enough light due to the growth pattern of the hostas. I hope that helps. Happy planting 🌼
