Wow I think this has made up my mind of buying an auto disc or auto drum. I want the adjustability to dial in pistol loads, but a variation of more than .1 or .2 is way to much. Let alone the average of .4 you were getting on most powders or the huge variety on the tite group. It’s a shame the auto disc looked like it was a better powder thrower.

I got the same press, use it for .357 Mag and .223 REM, I have two tool heads with dies already set, I’m happy with the results. BTW, also use Lyman Gen 6, could never get consistent throws from die-mounted dispenser. It doesn’t slow down the process at all, by the time the round goes through all stations, next charge is ready.
Rock Chucker would probably be better. With a progressive press there’s a lot going on at once and can be overwhelming. You can use the Dillon like a turret press and just run one round at a time.

I’ve been loading p220 and it’s been leading slowly but it’s easy to clean. When I first shot it the forcing cone shoulder was too prominent and I couldn’t load proper length so it wouldn’t feed well so I lapped it down a bit and fixed that but I do use a roll crimp I’ll check into it and see if it’s a problem now.
I have a RCBS Rock Chucker II and a Lee Classic Cast Press. Both are built tough and can handle any size shell with ease. I use RCBS and Lee die sets. Carbide for straight walled cases. I also have In Line Fabrication mounts for my two presses. Also for my two shotshell presses and my RCBS primer pocket swager. I have very limited space on my bench. The In Line Fabrication mounts make change out of presses simple and rock solid. I wouldn't be without them!
The Auto Disk will also throw the occasional squibby low charge with the fixed smaller cavities like .30cc when attempting to do light 38 Special charges with Titegroup but not Bullseye Despite theoretically good powder geometry the diameter of the cavity is small enough TG bridges This discovered through extensive chronograph testing Not every shot But often enough that made me question it in that fixed cavity size Live learn and adapt
I much prefer a decap and prime off the Press , Spare Station i use a Powder Check Die , if the Load isnt there or not enough or too much it automatically Locks the Press up so cant progress Perfect example priming off the Press , a fouled Primer and Spilt Powder
I could be wrong, but that sure looks like less than 1/10th of a grain at worst in each of the holes. That doesnt seem like nearly enough to cause any noteworthy variations unless youre match target shooting. I dont know what charge you're loading to, but I would argue that if they are light loads (or just simply loads somewhat lower than max), you may be having issues with powder inconsistently burning and thus major fluctuations in pressure. This is something I noticed in my own 147 grain .357 loads. I was getting CRAZY variations when I was loading on the low end with enforcer (13-13.5 grains). It was to the point I had primers flattening on roughly 1 out of every 3, agnostic to the hole in the cylinder it was dropped into. Against conventional judgement, I pressed on and went higher. Once I got near the top (14+) everything suddenly smoothed out and started acting right. Might be something to note as well, just dont know your specific work up.
Maybe also try a light roll crimp over that forward edge of that last driving band. They suggested that several decades ago in the Speer reloading manual, when they made 146 grain semi wad cutter, semi jacked lead tips hollow points for the heavy 38 spl and especially the .357 magnum loads.
