The construction is really weird. The third building was supposed to be horizontal but they gave up part of the area for a fire department training camp. So now the third building is perpendicular to the other two. The overall layout looks crammed and weird. Plus the price to location is really off.

@@nikhilmawale The possession of Vanaha phase 1 was on June 30, 2024, which means all buyers are eligible for interest as well. However, your developer is denying this, even though RERA has not approved any extension. Please stop promoting such builders.
@@nikhilmawale Bank procedure is not in our hand. If bank delay then who should be responsible. There are other developers who accept delays in bank procedure in clearing the cheque. Other builder accept 1 or 2 days delays.
@@nikhilmawaledoors of the house must be bigger than regular projects as it is at premium location and price .sanitary ware are too ordinary and no proper windows for each bedroom .
I live in Pune Still the starting price of the houses in The Ark Voyage especially of which we have bought, is around 2.30 crore , we've got 3BHK, but still i know the prices for 4 and 5 BHK that's going upto 4.75 crore
No offence to @NikhilMawale, he is doing his job. But, think twice before wasting your hard earned money in SKYi developer's properties. Talk to SKYi Manas Lake residents and you will get the detailed review of the pathetic construction quality and false commitments of the builder. There are leakages all around the cluster from first year and the builder is not able to fix it even after six years. There are lots of other issues but they are least concerned about that. Infact once they recieve the money they won't fulfill any promise. Their CRM team will only make false commitments. Better to loook for some reliable builder's project.
