How are there even 60+ amenities ? 1.) Gazeebo Seating has been mentioned 3 times in the list 2.) Tresllis Seating has been mention 2 times in the list 3.) Drop Off & Driveway has been listed as amenities. ( Are they even real amenities ? ) 4.) Amphitheater and Amphitheater Seating has been mentioned as two different amenities 5.) Changing rooms, Male Toilet and Female toilet ( Maybe at the pool area ) has been listed as separate amenities, aren't these things supposed to be there by default when someone is building a pool 6.) Festive court is an amenity, I agree, but "Entry to Festive Court" is again mentioned as separate amenity. Who builds one without the other ? 7.) Seat has been put as amenity, nothing more nothing less just "Seat" 8.) Entry with "Cabs and Bus" is this an amenity ? 9.) Deck Seating has been mentioned twice in the list 10.) Steps within pool has been mentioned as amenity, really ?😂😂 11.) Exit with security cabin is mentioned as amenity, seriously guys ?🤦🏻‍♂️ Nikhil bro, We trust you, your honest review and your channel, isn't this supposed to be you and yours teams responsibility to provide your viewers with the real picture of the project and not try to paint the picture more white than it is Is this what todays builders resolving to ? Being so desperate to justify the unimaginable, unrealistic and unfathomable prices they put forward. The final nail on the coffin was, builder is asking for 7rs/sq.ft per month for maintainence 😂😂😂😂 I rest my case🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Hello Sir Apologies !!! I have mentioned what I have seen in Brochure and info I got from the builder I have some limitations when it comes to mention my own opinion because we are only getting permission to shoot and post when we show them the video and builder permits to post, so I cannot put my opinion in the videos Try to understand if you want to see sample flat walkthrough, model presentation then we have to follow the guidelines of the project otherwise if I put my opinion then I don’t be able to show you anything inside the property Thank you ☺️ 🙏

I think Nikhil missed the image demonstrating different amenities at different places represented via points. That's why some amenities are mentioned more than once because those are present at 2 or more different locations in the project. That image is there in brochure.

Lucky were our previous generations when they didn't had such high cost of living exploitations..... This is just filling their own pockets by selling flats at sych huge exhoribant rates

@@nikhilmawale Today only I visited the scheme... I stay next only to it... I was utterly shocked to see the over pricing of the property... In our country the government has absolutely no control over how much a person should charge for anything... Today a person wants to sell 1 rupee pen for 5 rs... Want to multifold the profit margins.. in this all the middle class is the one who suffers.... !!! RIP MIDDLE CLASS FAMILIES

Nikhil, Your caption says World Class 4.5 BHK. After watching your walkthrough, certainly this cannot be termed as world class. Just Italian marble flooring is merely not sufficient to qualify as world class product. Properties ranging between 1.60 to 2.25 cr++ and Parking only one. This cannot be called a premium or luxury property. Just giving Italian marble flooring doesn't mean premium project. Everything shud be top class including parking & Amenities to make a project premium. Pick up & Drop off points cannot form part of Amenities at all and neither it's a luxury. It's a bare minimum essential thing that builder must and have to cater to. An average middle class family nowadays have one car. This property you are trying to sell someone is not from middle class category . Definitely these type of prospects would be having minimum two cars with them or even three with some of them. How will you justify one car park to them and whether they will be ready to accept this is a question mark. Parking now days is a big big issue and most discussed topic. Even Maharera has recently issued orders to builders regarding parking issues and complaints. So what I am trying to tell you is that when you are marketing any project, just don't try to create artificial hype about it. Understand whether it's really a Premium project or a average product and accordingly pitch it. You are doing a good job by educating people about various upcoming projects but let's not try to sell a donkey by saying it's a horse just because they look little alike. Let's call Spade a Spade. All the best.

This project provides 1 stack parking. It means you can park 2 vehicles at a time. Secondly, this project is about luxuary not only on the basis of Italian marble, there are various things which is there which shows its premium. Things like three sided open apartments, 3 high speed elevators against 3 flats, no wall sharing in 4 & 4.5 bhks apartments, only 180 flats in 2 acres of plot area. Many more things are there which makes it different from all other projects in that vicinity.
