Even before watching this video I could play quite decently as Sadako and even achieved adept with her on the 1st try. But watching your guide improved my performance even more! I think I still need more practice (especially against experienced survivors) but I believe I can do it! Thank you Willie, you're great! Keep it up! I'll gladly watch more Onryo videos! :D
I’ve been running into teams who constantly pick up throughout the match while getting gens done. Which resorts in me trying to hook much more then we need to as this character. Seems like people are finally catching on and this technique is only a shell of what it once was. It must’ve felt really good being in your prime honestly playing her during release like that I didn’t know of this game at the time lol but when I arrived here she immediately caught my eye and was the first killer I got. That’s when I came across this channel and discovered her true power and that I was completely playing it the wrong way. I’m thinking of using mothers comb add on to help get some map sense
I’ve been playing this build and it is DISGUSTINGLY strong. I’ve gotten at THE LEAST 1 kill at 5 gens. Players either give up or are condemned themselves

Hey I know ppl are treating the thumbnail situation like a spost but I genuinely like your doodling style. It's cute on Sadako and the framing and stuff is good for presentation. Wait, so how exactly do you tell if you're gaining stacks of condemned of if they're touching a TV? Is it the little circle around their avatars on the left lighting up?
still irritaes me bvhr had alot of good things going codmen, hooks and putting surivovrs in dying state why did they take multiple ways to kill people away it made it more boring. i really wish they would bring back the codemn on the tapes again when they take a m1 attack and they drop the tape that was also a good idea. just made the matches more fun it was more ways to deal with survivors, which added different style of gameplay.

I've been following your guides for the last couple of years and have been patiently waiting for a newish guide since I know she got changed once again. Its crazy but the strat is already not working anymore. Survivors will go for the tape now and this strat become usuless. Quit sad that a unique killer like onryo gets butchered so much by the devs. Old one was way better
46:00, man, i hate that mentality, Sadako was terrible for more than a year before she got buffs. Many of her addons are still bad, including one of her iris, please don't ask Bhvr to fuck up her decent addons just because you are winning matches with her, you are going to get her nerfed or ruined like when they first changed her, she's not busted, let her have something good

Bro don’t change the thumbnail just cuz people are crying about it I thought it looked awesome btw this guide is definitely 110% spot on, and if anyone wants to see even more PRO onryo gameplay I have condemn gameplay on my channel just destroying high level teams definitely recommend checking it out if you want to learn how to play this character I think it really will help someone, In short you have to strategically spam teleports.
His player icon highlighted meaning he gained a stack of condemn so he knew that was the tv to teleport to they gain stacks not only from the tv you teleport to but any other online tvs within 16 meters
When projecting to a TV, do survivors only gain stacks if they are near the TV you projected to? Or is it any powered TV? Ever since they started changing her power, I’m not sure how stacks are gained. Like, wasn’t there a point when survivors gained passive condemned, but then could stop it with a tape (but then Onryo could add stacks if she caught them with tapes). How do survivors build condemned these days?
30:38 Some survivors will predict that you’ll move or look backwards and so they’ll drop the bang behind you. It’s a 50/50 mindgame. Best way to deal with locker saves is to move to the left or right of the locker while looking up.
As long as you're looking up as far as you can possibly look, it's impossible to be blinded by a flashbang on the same elevation as you. So just looking up as far as possible is fine, unless there's some stairs nearby or something higher than the ground that they can drop the flashbang on while still being in range to blind.
