Thanks mate that’s brilliant. I totally missed the battery control option as I was looking at the computer on the left rather than the dash. Even the guy at the dealer said you can’t change this car whilst driving and I thought that’s weird cos that’s one of the main reasons I got this car. Will try it out tomorrow and see how much fuel it uses

Thanks so much for posting this 'fix'; really easy to follow and very helpful. Where we live, they're charging nearly £100 just to come out and look! Some are even more than that. So, I got the brushes changed ok, but so far the machine isn't getting up to its full 1400 spin speed yet. I think its only getting to about 1000, rpm. Is this a clue that the motor is burn out?? Also, I've found the new brushes rather noisy...like 'jamb0_UK mentions a month ago. Can you advise about these isues please? Many thanks.😊

I’m having problems with my 2019 BMW 530e - I got a power supply message and vehicle shut down. I put it to charge and it would not charge. Prior to this happen a drive train message would appear and ac would blow hot. Any idea what this can be ?
