Theres nothing wrong with your body just do sports and whatever exersize once in a while just to keep you healthy doesnt matter if your chubbx ir skinny

I am trying this. I am 12 almost 13 I weight 94pounds. My thighs are 45 inches. Like to remind me. Day 1:✅ I feel the burn Day 2:✅ No change but less burn

i’m gonna try this guys!! (⚠️PLEASE LIKE SO I CAN COME BACK EVERYDAY!!⚠️) i started off with 50 on each side then took a break for 5 minutes and then did 50 on each side again! day 1: ✅ no results so far!! day 2: ✅ still no results!! day 3: ✅ there getting there day 4: ❌ day 5: ❌ day 6: ❌ day 7: ❌

Here’s a workout plan for a snatched waist that shows results in a week (for me) -🎀30 sec toe taps🎀 -✨30 sec bicycle crunches✨ -🧸1 min plank🧸 -🍓30 sec mountain climbers🍓 That’s it but remember if you wanna try this workout results take time and that it worked in a week for me doesn’t mean it will work in a week for you!! Some extra tips🫶🏻 -try to wear a jacket so you sweat more cause if you sweat you’ll burn more calories🫶🏻 -drink water it will hydrate you more than other stuff🫶🏻 -stay active at daytime🫶🏻 -go for a walk🫶🏻 And if you try this please tell me if it worked for you or not!! That’s it bye!!

Usually you shoul be proud of a big shin (not Like fat big) but you should be proud bc it usually means your stronger in the shins then anywhere else
