Theres nothing wrong with your body just do sports and whatever exersize once in a while just to keep you healthy doesnt matter if your chubbx ir skinny

Guys, correct me if I’m wrong but everyone’s saying that these exercises train your calves but to me it looks like it stretches your calves, which might slim them down???
