It doesn't work like that ☠️☠️ You can't spot reduce fat and these are pathetic for building muscles like the pecs (chest), glutes (butt), and traps (back) muscles! You need to be in a caloric deficit to lose fat and working the muscles sufficiently to grow bigger. While these 'exercises' may help move your body around similar to cardio there are definitely much better ways to achieve what you want
