Can we just admire the fact that Deadpool broke into Fred Savage’s house, kidnapped him, dressed him up in pajamas, tied him down and forced him to listen to a PG-13 version of Deadpool 2 😂
My longest headcanon is that the punisher hates child predators/killers/abuses due to him being a father before, so he often catfishes or lures them in to 'get rid' of them, he sees it was less scum in the streets.
Lol the way they fast forward and sped up Frank Castle's quick draw. I'm sure Jon Bernthal could have done it fast like he did in season 1 but they probably only had 2 hours to film this whole alley shootout. God the fact they cut down the budget, the stunts, the writing, the direction, season 2 sucked majordick, at least season 1 was great but it set up a promising season that was axed to hell cause Netflix started cutting the budget on all the Marvel shows for some reason. I remember the stunt crew talking about how awful the production became after Netflix starting cutting the budget and effort of all the shows, that one stunt man talking about how they forced them to film an entire fight scene in a "master" shot in Iron Fist. That basically means a shot they use to cut back to and then punch in for close ups and angle changes and different other things, something the early seasons of all the MArvel Netflix shows were really good at, idk I guess they just didn't care anymore cause they made so much money off season 1 of the shows that they started to just turn the next seasons into cheap excuses to cancel the shows because they realize how expensive it was to make good material, like hiring a good showrunner, giving the stunt team and 2nd unit directors enough time and production scheduling, and even the sets and location scouting was bad, the locations were epic for Punisher season 1, then season 2 was just shootouts in some random neighbourhood in LA or NY, go and watch Stuntmen react episode with the actor/director who made the Iron Fist fight, I never watched Iron Fist cause of the awful reviews but from what this stuntman describes, even he knew it was gonna be awful while filming, after filming, before release, after release, all because Netflix completely cut their balls off. That's the downside to Streaming produced TV shows, once they make one good season they can phone it in cause then people can just rewatch that one good season and they'll make money off of it over and over, and it doesn't matter if they don't release a good 2nd season cause they'll still make money off of new viewers watching season 1, whereas traditional stations and TV Networks couldn't just replay the same show over and over all day every day, they had other programs they had to play, so people wanted more and they weren't gonna sit around and tune in for "A season REPREMIERE OF A RERUN OF SEASON 1 AGAIN!" the next year, but that's how Netflix and other streaming executives look at it. So they slash the budget down to 25 percent, fire the writers, the showrunners, all the creative team that made the show good, and just pay for the actors to return and shoot season 2 cheaply and "Oh lets cancel the show cause nobody watched it" I knew we were in trouble when that girl Castle helps said "YOU HAVE TO LET ME GO!" like 12 times, not kidding you, I screenshotted it, she says that line of dialogue 12 times throughout 3 episodes, and of course there's no logical reason, it's just a lame attempt to create tension and conflict when the writers don't know how to. Also Billy Russo's makeup is like one little scratch "I'M HIDEOUS! I'M AWFUL! I LOOK UGLY!" and he fires some lame lil 9mm AR-15 as his "big fcking gun" it's just like damn ya'll weren't trying at all.
Her saying “Yeah asshole how you like that” is ironic being that she wanted to give them up, was talking crazy to Frank the whole time they were there now she all for Frank when he saves their lives. Stands to reason she didn’t want to be a cop, but she didn’t outgrow her little town or she is a legacy cop. Dad, grandpa and great grandfather were probably sheriffs.
This was a successful test showing “as long as we have movies where he is R, we can still do PG-13 for cameos and side roles and you’ll still love him”
For anyone complaining how Billy’s face didn’t look more messed up the idea of Jigsaw wasn’t for the looks it was more for his mental state & more importantly his memory with pieces missing not remembering anything. That was the writers of the shows idea. I mean I do appreciate the different approach they did. The actor that plays Billy Russo wanted the creators to go the comic route and make his face really messed up but it wasn’t his decision it was the writers plus I’d say the budget wasn’t that big.
I knew they'd gotten his abilities right when he killed the guy with the empty magazine. This was a perfect adaptation and performance of the character.
I love how he says he spoke to his wife.... Madani face looking like "Man WTF are you on?You know how long We been sitting here waiting FOR YOU?! What you mean your wife? What are you talking about?!!" But before Madani could curse him out... Curtis just goes along with it... Basically says "Oh yeah "Did she tell you how out of line you are..?" Hoping Frank found some sense in the time he was gone... And Amy is just listening...then engages as well...Madani trying to figure out how the hell she got in this situation...knowing she should arrest Frank crazy ass, but she wont cause hes right....and she hates Billy too...Amy just wanna go back to her little crime life and scamming....Curtis just wanna go home...But they cant cause they all need each other and they got love for Frank.....Its a hot mess...🤯🤯They're all just like a crazy dysfunctional fam....😌😂🙏🏽🙏🏽
I love how the last episode Detective Mahoney said Curtis you should go home. Curtis said there's nothing more I want to do but go home. 😂. I'm happy Curtis made it home because I thought he was gonna die during the Season.
When Amy was saying all the stuff his daughter would be doing if she were alive.... Frank kinda looked like "Those are the type of problems I wished I had....NOT THIS" 🥺💔
The little boy did a great job in this scene. 👏🏽👏🏽Also, I see why Frank might gravitate towards single moms...He misses his family....Anything to feel closer to being a husband and dad...🥺🙏🏽
