To all the haters ( Italians brother too) 1) those are still in the maturing process 2) Do not why the farmer here has the cheese already opened ( "stappato") , usually it's get opened only when all the maturation process is over, there are NO FLIES around and the LARVAE quantities drop substantially. 3)SU CASU MARZU it's fucking delicius, eat it Whit some Honey , pear 🍐 and a good bottle of wine. Offcourse its a rarity and the strong taste is not got all ( the whole cucina sarda is not for all) I'm from Italy (center Italy) and eat it 2-3 times when my Sardinian friends took it back from Sardegna . In Sorry for Italians close minded people's don't try it ...
As a man from Sardinia, it makes me laugh to hear that casu marzu is unsafe. It has been eated for centuries and none of them ever ever been ill. Its the EU that is unsafe of their rules, think that they want introduce insect on our menu`, but casu marzu not. total bull s*it. To remind someone, some areas of our island are one of the most to have centenarians in the world, think about our diet.
If u are born in Sweden and represent the kingdom of Sweden in any sport and don’t sing it’s like you spit on all the things we build up, free healthcare, schools, food in school, democracy, equality. Then why even join the national team if you won’t stand behind a song that represents what the country you were born in gave you- I want to live I want to die in the north🇸🇪🇸🇪❤️
Australia has a huge horse & camel meat sector that predominantly exports to Arab countries... western countries continue to push their own preferences & agendas upon everyone else whilst one of the most populous cultures on the globe, doesn't eat beef as they believe the creature to be sacred - but y'all still do..?!?!? When in fact, the most consumed meat on the planet is goat. 🐐
Thank u for posting! I am so nostalgic with this video, i saw like in 2016 or 2015 i was just starting my graduation at History, and i was reading for the first time, The Great Mediterranean Sea, Abulafia, and mentioned Sardinia and i did a deep research about, and searching this or that on RU-vid, i found this! And today, i will show this video for a english class with a student and great frend of mine, Matheus!
I’m quite surprised that cultures/people allow/s filming food preparation of foods that are dear and near to who they are as people and culture by a program that is called “bizarre food/s”. It’s offensive. And then the host eat the food!?

i can't find his song "Roll the Dice" anywhere on RU-vid... strange... it is in the movie "We are Boats" on Amazon Prime that has Suzanne (Uzo from OITNB) around 17:30 read the CC. great licks...
From Vermont (Verd Mont) and half of the community were Quebecois, Newfies or Nova Scotians when I grew up. Great people, great country, great chow and in the Vermont National Guard, we had a marching cadence about bludgeoning seals ("so bludgeon a seal, cuz u need a meal..." LMAO.
