Come race in Salt Lake this weekend, would be sick to meet and race with ya 🤙

I did this race in 2006 , believe it was cat4. It was my first crit so I lined up close to the back because I didn’t want to be some goon not knowing what they are doing. Needless to say the pack got strung out pretty quick and I was pulled after 3 laps. It was a fun course for those 3 laps🤦‍♂️

Crazy race… I’m astounded that you had so many gaps, closing those take effort and of course steal your speed for the final dash. From your footage you seem in the mix and flying on the wet circuit which was a factor as it got dark. Pity the Go Pro had enough, I would of liked to see the end. I personally don’t like this trend of going super narrow as you definitely are compromising yourself in the handling department. Now every dude thinks his in a velodrome…🙄. Meanwhile his lapping with round water bottles and not holding wheel. LOL. Stay upright and look after your health! Peace.

Thanks for coming to race the Blast and visit Cincy! First 10-15 minutes of this race are no joke and given the unique layout it’s a sprint every lap.

The eleven11 guys are fast. Watching them get pealed like that really puts it in to perspective how fast you are and the model q guys

Might be a silly question, but what's the difference between this and cross? Course seemed tame enough on video (always looks easier on video so correct me if I'm wrong), that you could run a cross bike. Do you have to use a mtb?
