Sanja, I've always enjoyed your mother's and your videos , but I noticed you have changed the format a little by putting all the descriptions about the recipes in the comments. I realize I'm just one subscriber to the channel but I liked it when you also put the descriptions as your mom was making the dish. It just seems to of lost part of the appeal with the new way you are showing thr ingredients

It would be nice to know if we can use lemon juice instead of citric acid? Also, how long was the fermentation process? What did they add at the end of the video after the sugar? I'd love to try this, but the recipe isn't listed.
