Ingredients:
Elderberry Flower - about 150 flowers
9 liters / 38 cups of water (19.8lb)
Citrit Acid 40g (3 1/2 Tbsp)
Preservative (natrium/sodium benzoate)
10g (2 Tsp)
1.3 kg of sugar (3lb)

I've done some canning but never made any juice from flowers. Thats interesting,

It would be nice to know if we can use lemon juice instead of citric acid? Also, how long was the fermentation process? What did they add at the end of the video after the sugar? I'd love to try this, but the recipe isn't listed.
