Back in the 90s, CN had some great cartoons that not many today would remember, but some of us will. Two Stupid Dogs, Dexter's Lab, Johnny Bravo, Cow and Chicken, Mike, Lu and Og and 1 I did not care for but remember it distinctly for its strangeness, Angela Anaconda. Even the What A Cartoon had some good sketches go through there.
It's 2024 this randomly crossed my mind and hearing this just takes me back to a time we can't get back anymore 💔 just reminiscing about the good ole days
My daughter, born in 1986, grew up watching this great cartoon! Today, she and I still laugh about our favorite episode: "I want the toilet seat!" So classic! I wish they still made cartoons as good as these, and the classic Looney Tunes shows! Even adults loved them too! Today's cartoons are all trash.
Bro I was literally running to my kitchen like an idiot at 2am just now and UNLOCKED the memory of this cartoon and had to run to RU-vid to see if this was real.
I tend to remember this show for only one episode where the little one won a car but he wanted to win the doggie treats. The other opponent was a man and he got the treats instead. I always wondered what he would do with those treats… 😕
This, the Moomins and Flying Rhino Junior High are the oldest memories I have of cartoon network before the likes of What a Cartoon came around and gave us shows like the powerpuff girls, grim & evil, johnny bravo and Dexter's Lab. The moomins was from when Cartoon Network started in the UK and at the time they only had the hannah barbera cartoons and whatever European tv series they had which included: Moomins, Tabalooga the Dragon and The Adventures of Binky Bill. (The last two I forgot about until I did some research on some faded memories which turned out to be true). Or anyone not in the UK, everything else was pretty much the same after What a Cartoon. However the UK never had "Friday Fridays" or the live-action segments; just 100% cartoons. However back then websites didn't redirect you to your country website; so when I got a link to the US cartoon network by mistake, all this info was suddenly avaliable :] The US site had stuff the UK would never get and if it did, about 2-3 years later. The More You Know...
I have had terrible insomnia since I was a kid (in the early 90s) and I always would wake up in the middle of the night and watch this. I absolutely loved it and it probably didn't help with my insomnia 😂
