Just bought one for 325 coming from rs2 pro. The fact that I’m now able to start using a full rig and go easy handheld. Without any adjustmenst is amazing. (Using quite large nikkor tv zoom 18.5-165mm 2.8 calculated to ff )
This literally happened to me yesterday…. fried my HDMI output from my BMPCC4K because I used both a V-mount battery to power the monitor and the camera at the same time…
I will compare it to FX9 - it does look great, though a bit more noisy than the FX9. But looks fantastic for the price, and also I looked yesterday on ethical camera manufacturers and actually Sigma is the best
Yes sure. then you can test it to see whether the gimbal vibrate or not after the setting. If the problem still exits, try to adjust it again until no vibration.
hey thanks a lot. i have a rig setup video, but its in chinese. www.bilibili.com/video/BV1EU4y1z799/?spm_id_from=333.999.0.0&vd_source=ada25b2623f73fe6a90696eeef3aef83 here's the link to my video, i actually did this in english too but really cant find the time to edit it my apologies
this looks just so good! Currently using a BMPCC6K but the image looks superior on the FP. How did you rig the FP? The shots are pretty stable for this small camera.
thanks a lot! i think the bmpcc is a great great camera. i graded this quite heavily so ya, might be due to the grade. i got an vmount sitting on 15mm rods, so its got some weight to it, yes without the weight its very unstable. cheers~
I didn’t have a guess for which is which, but in my opinion the A footage looked better a lot of the time. Both surprised and pleased because I currently own the X-T4 and was wondering if it would be worth it to get a Red Komodo or build a nice rig for the Fuji
I just ordered the onemo lite and I'm excited for it to get here unfortunately I just found out about it the wk of Christmas so now I have a one wk delay to wait for it 🙃 so now I'm watching every onemo video I can find lol
Put a longer, softer lens on the fuji to match the compression of the larger sensor and you'd probably get closer to the look of the RED. At the end of the day, the Fuji is a remarkable hybrid camera. I can (and do) take that thing everywhere and shoot almost every day. When I had a fully rigged out cinema camera that thing sat on my desk half the time.
What an amazing video, well done! Also, great choice for the music. It really made the experience complete. Where did you get it? I'm always looking for possible sources of music to contact for my future projects.
@@JeffXiaoAn Thanks. I become aware of Sigma FP only about week before I saw this video. I binge watched video footage and reviews about it for days, convincing myself to get one...but it was your video that finally pushed me over the edge and made me pull the trigger. Got the delivery yesterday. Here's to great filmmaking; cheers!
@@taikanekkula5386 im so flattered! do you like your fp? its a great little camera, with some mods it has a lot of potentials! cheers

Fantastic work! I originally had the 40mm but about to return (dust, fibers inside etc) and it's humongous. While I was prepared for that, I figured I'd take another look at the 28. I noticed at 1:35 there is pronounced vignetting on the right side of the frame compared to the left side of the frame. Do you know if that is because of any decentering, the image circle being off-centered, or if it's because of the way light was hitting at that angle? Thanks so much! Looking to pick this up. Subbed.
Hey Tim thanks a lot for the sub. My copy is an re-housed unit, it was originally an m43 mount. I think it was off centered at that time, I sent it in to fix it together with its focusing gear. It’s now very good. Yes, the 40 and also the 65 r huge, I wish they were smaller. But the image quality is really good. Cheers~

@@JeffXiaoAn Awesome! Thanks so much for the response!
wow, I was totally wrong on this one. How in the end you shot on XT4 and had your footage all shaky then? XT4 has IBIS ... Now I am questioned. i was almose sure A was RED especially since it didnt have IS.
best is to use PL mount lenses that will give u 12k resolution. There r some PL-EF adapters, but due to flange distance issues, it might not work well.
I don know what those colors do either haha. F3? U mean fx3? For the price, the FP is unbeatable, it’s the only camera that does internal raw. 12 bit is miles better than 10 bit
