Sir, over the last few days i relaized that i see less far than my classmates who can see from last desks unlike me which is a bit blur. Randomly looking at the board i feel a bit of water in my eyes and suddenly board looks clear but when i blink it goes back to normal. I dont think my eyes are that bad but i don't want to wear glasses. What do you think is happening? Ive reduced my screen time by a lot. I am doing eye exercises. I study with books 25 cm away from my eyes. Will i be able to imporve my eyes? Please tell me and also tell me things which im doing wrong I also feel that my vision is better when there's good sunlight
25 cm distance is causing your eyes to worsen by contracting too much you need to keep at least 60 cm or more. teary and stingy burning sensations are indicating that your eyes trying to restore/improve from contraction state so either you've been looking close up too much or your eyes trying to restore to the normal shape. Keep all your screen distance, book distance to minimum 60 cm and take frequent breaks every 20 to 30 min looking at far distance (20 ft away) for a minute and additionally if you do eye exercises while at it it will significantly boost your vision.
@@lifestephen okay sir I'll follow it but the good vision due to water only happens when I'm looking at the board from far and I cannot identify the pattern as to when it happens aswell it's very random. There's no stinging or burning just a bit of water and if I don't blink within 30 seconds it'll start being blurry. So my eyes are recoverable if I follow these properly? Coz I don't think they are that bad
I'm -1.75 left and -2.00 right eye I've glasses but i don't wear them and i use the phone most of the time.. do i have to wear the glasses or do active focus without them? Also there's tears that comes my eyes when i look distance for more than one minute is that ok?
@@_Sergio. phone usage is making your eyes worse that’s why teary eyes happen when you see distance but that is also a good indication you can restore your vision. Start applying all the tips I shared in the video and do start doing eye exercises without glasses while looking at far objects outside you will see some good improvements:
@@_Sergio. wearing glasses will not improve your vision unless you wear normalized glasses which will be like -1.5 or -1.25left and -1.75 or -1.5 right and using this to replace your current glasses for outdoor activities and far distance viewing as well as active focus. Tears happen because your eyes were contracted from phone viewing which was worsening vision to make it myopic and when you see far, eye shape trying to return to normal shape releasing so tears indicate your eyes can restore vision easily already active. But if you ignore this and keep using the phone at close distance eventually your eyes will adapt to blur vision and difficult to restore and will not respond with tears anymore.
@@lifestephen honestly I try to reduce my screen time or at least take breaks and look distance every 2-3 minutes but what I'm worrying the most is the tears and feeling burn when I try to look at distance or focus something
@@_Sergio. yes the tears and stingy sensations are good signs I get as well in situations I mentioned above. So the best thing is take this opportunity since your eyes are trying to improve, eliminate phone screen time and use bigger screen like computer or etc and keep a distance of more than 60cm or 70 and then keep doing the exercises outside looking far, right after tears and stingy burning sensations you will see image from far distance coming clear. That’s called active focus happening. And you keep doing this will restore your vision.

yes you need to be outside under the sunlight more often at least 2 to 3 hrs a day and min 30 min a day eye exercises i mentioned in the video. Keep screen distance greater than 60-70cm, you will start to see clearly.

Only slight strain in reading the very small lettering like ingredients on a medicine aluminium foil. My earlier specs power was lower. It broke. I have a feeling the prescribed power this time is a bit higher than what my eyes actually need. What should I do?
@@SamiyaParween-rq4lg if you wear that specs, you will not see any improvement. Your eyesight is fully reversible without wearing glasses but you need to spend 2-3 hr outdoor time with 30 min eye exercises while outside and reduce screen time but at desk you must keep your screen distance to 70cm or more. I have minus 1 astigmatism, i started using active focus to improve astigmatism which is looking at the double image, the ghost image, until the two images fuse together. Myopia doesn't bother me anymore and i can go out at night without struggling, what bothers me it's this astigmatic double vision and ghost image. I think my myopia has been compensated.

What you are describing is psychological where as I was describing only physiological phenomenon of how our brain works when you see clarity. Not to worry your vision is something you can restore eventually
1. get him -5.5 or -5.75 on both eyes and get rid of -6 eye glasses. 2. increase his outdoor time 2-3 hr/day with activities and get him to do eye exercises for min 30 min a day 3. keep his screen distance to more than 60 cm where he sees slightly blur these 3 would be a good starting point but he needs to have a desire to improve his vision first. If he does, introduce my videos.
Ik this sounds really demotivating but isn't myopia irreversible cause the eye size is getting larger and it is impossible to become small( correct me if i am wrong) nice video thou and I'll surely try this exercise as i have exam which need good eyesight and i have -5 and i m20 years😢
@@shangim857 you can dig up “lens induced axial elongation” there are a few studies revealing how our eyes grow and shrink depending on what lens you use. Plus many ppl with -1.00 or lower use plus lens to speed up vision improvement faster.

For you it maybe possible to restore fully in 4 to 5 years if you work at it. start applying the tips i shared and also listen to the other video i just uploaded '30 day transformation: fastest method' and do those eye exercises i shared in my daily routine.

@@shangim857 yes science always evolves but often delayed. Myopia is not a disease and our eyes adapt to our environment so if you spend more time outside seeing far things than close distance eventually will change to see far things good. But the method I’m sharing is how to speed up this process. Hope you become successful!

yes absolutely but need to keep at a edge of blur distance where you see the screen with slightly blur so that there is a room for your eyes to improve. Plus take a break 20-30 min to see something far (20-20-20 rule). In addition, you can apply the eye exercises I shared in the video.
Thank you very much I have followed many ways to improve my eyes but I guess it didn't work as my daily screen time is 4 hours I have tried all of these exercises,20 20 rule ,pin hole glass .As an young day trader,online reseller it's quite impossible to limit screen hours less then 4 hours and I am gonna make a glass for computer screen soon. But you can still try to keep the screen distance to more than 60cm and try to take break every 30 min or even every hour or when you are done trading.. 4 hr screen time is very healthy if you spend time outdoor under sun for more than 2-3 hr a day on average. what's your prescription?
@@lifestephen 2.25 actually I have tried all of the methods but It didn't work for me instead my eyes prescription will be like 2.50 now because some words are still invisible for me and I am still trying to have better vision.
@@nabhanahmedsikder3111 maybe you are stuck with blur adaptation, in that case just wear your old glasses for a a few days even outside but spend 30 min to 2 hr a day do eye exercises I mentioned outside and work more on the weaker eye by blocking the view of stronger eye when exercising your eyes. This will help stimulate your eyes and hopefully you will see some improvements. Try for 30 days and let me know.

If you cannot get lower prescription glasses then the progress will be really slow but hopefully you can do it. 1. never wear that glasses for close up activities and screen, it will damage your eyes further each use 2. measure your screen distance(edge of blur) where you see letters very slightly blur and keep this distance and every week or two try to further the distance by 5 to 10 cm. 3. only use glasses for very far distance. 4. take a break 20 to 30 min and do 20-20-20 looking at far 5. do eye exercises I shared in my recent video (my daily routine) every break as well as in the morning and evening total 2 hours minimum a day let me know after 30 days.
Hey so ive -2.75 in both eyes and the previous number was -2.25 so should i keep wearing -2.25 or wear my exact prescription glasses which is -2.75? If i weat the 2.75 one and do what you told us to do will that not help improve my vision since im not wearing a reduced no glasses?
You nailed it. If you want to improve your vision you need to get rid of -2.75 because it will only force your eyes to stay at that level of power. -2.25 is actually a perfect normalized glasses. I'm not sure your lifestyle but I was able to reduce 0.50 in recent 4 months so it is possible with intensive eye exercises and extra outdoor time under good sunlight environment. But you should be able to achieve that much reduction in 6 months as long as your screen distance is at the edge of blur to constantly challenge your eyes to clear the slight blur. Distance is the key!

I have just gotten a stronger prescription of -3.25 in left eye and -3.75 in other eye (moved up from 2.75 and 3.00). I have got new stronger glasses, will they harm my eyesight further? Should I use them? I really want to improve my eyesight. I respect you very much sir, you provide feedback to a lot of people and your videos are very helpful.
If you want to improve your vision, wearing your stronger glasses with -3.25 will not help. I would keep wearing -2.75 and start applying my daily routine tips with eye exercises and reduce drastically your screen time and spend at least 2 to 3 hours outside viewing far objects daily. You should be able to restore your vision. My recent experiment demonstrated reducing 0.50 in 4 months but it may be difficult to achieve however 0.25 reduction in 3 months can be attainable.
definitely not for screen use. only wear when you can't see far and outside mostly. Key is reducing screen use and increasing outdoor time with activities.

Ideally get either -2R and -1.5L or -1.75R -1.25L as your normalized. and then apply those daily routine I shared in the video to break out of blur adaption. I'll post something tonight in the community tab for you, how to break out of blur adaptation.
To this video you mention many times of using your own glasses for the eye exercises, can i still do the exercises even without glasses i dont have one. Also right now we have a typhoon here so there could be raining or cloudy weather, no sun, but i can able to do it right?
I thought I mentioned starting the exercises without glasses first to boost. So definitely helps, it’s called retinal defocus which triggers your eyes to find clarity even when you see all blurry. I find this jump started my progress to another level. But eventually you may need a glasses with at least 1 diopter lower than your prescription to improve your vision to this level. I got stuck for more than 8 months due to blur adaptation where your brain stops trying to bring clarity because it is used to seeing blur all the time.
@@lifestephen I think I know what you meant from finding clarity, I do the trick of seeing things clearer by forming a hole to my fingers, like the itsy bitsy spider form, basically when you peak to a tiny hole somehow it makes my vison clearer, maybe i should use this technique as substitution for not having glasses, like you mention from having to own 1 diopter, what do you think? But of course I do the retinal defocus, squinting my eyes individually from reading road signs or my neighbors house number and plate number soo

When I wear that 2.25 I see in 8K ultra HD but I see a difference in my natural eyesight getting more blurry than before. So guide me when to wear that 2.25 glasses.
I've had severe astigmatism and mild myopia. I surely agree, sir, that screen time is very bad for the eyes, especially on phones, which are more risky than computers, like improper posture. And it could cause a lot more dry eyes, in my experience, like having a foreign body sensation in the eye. Anyway, thank you, sir.

@@SARTHAKOP0707 I noticed recently that the eye exercises when done intensively it seems to reduce faster than before. So watch my video on my daily routine. And do the following, 1. Use your old glasses (-1.25) as your distant viewing and outdoor use. If not, order online 1.25 for both eyes with same cylinder and use this for computer and close up work 2. Daily! Do eye exercises I mentioned in the video I just uploaded last week. Min 30 min x3 thought out the day outdoor 3. Keep 20-20-20 with alarm to remind you or as much as you are allowed 4. Take one or two day a week without phone or computer so you will be only wearing the glasses with 1 diopter less than what you are currently wearing. If you stick with it you will see improvements and repeat the process.

@@PaulJones-bw8io I heard that if you drop astigmatism too much you will see double vision and takes longer to clear. I would drop spherical first before dropping cylinder value.
So here's my question my regular glasses are -4 on Right and -3.5 on left Normalised -3.75 on right and -3.25 on left Differential -2.5 on right and -2.0 on left But I want to know that from my differentials I can only see upto 35-45 cm Coz basically I don't have any computer work but I got iPad to play games and do some college work So for that are my differential OK?
@@iitzurboi9188 if you are seeing iPad with your differential clearly then you are not promoting vision improvements. You need to be at least 50 cm or a distance where you see screen slightly blur Then now your eyes will constantly try to catch up and eventually you will see clearly at that distance. Once you achieve keep a further distance and repeat. With ipad, use a ipad stand and strictly keep the distance at the edge of blur.
@@iitzurboi9188 will not be easy and you might need to consider changing your hobby from game to something else if you want to improve your vision until you restore your vision.
