What if you don't like soy milk or rice rolls ??? Unfortunately we're in Taipei for the next month with work. Also we've all found the people to be very rude here, my colleagues have been secretly taking videos which they intend to upload to RU-vid when we get back to the U.K. Any tips on food would be appreciated, I'm over McDonald's & Domino's. Thank you.
Two questions, appreciated for any info. Can ICOCA be used in Tokyo? Also if I need to reach narita airport by 7am, at what time does the trains starts in the morning? Any info is greatly appreciated. 🙏🏻
If you look on the yellow QUICK SALE sticker it will tell you the TIME that the product was marked down find enough of them and you will get a rough estimate in Adelaide it's done at 2pm if you went at 4.30pm it would all be gone ! LOL There is another markdown that is meant to happen around 7pm but it depends what staff are available. My friend Mr Fork is in Sydney he goes Markdown shopping in the city around 10pm and gets the best prices on meat!
This video is instrumental in my planning our family trip to Japan this year. Many thanks and blessings to you, PhatLife Project! (We also appreciated the little blooper at the end! n_n)
Thank you so much for watching and I’m glad this video has been of help to you! It’s the whole point of making these videos :) I hope you have a fantastic upcoming trip to Japan!
When you buy a wowcard for 4000 won, you can't get that cost of the card back, can you? The same question for Tmoney cards: can you be refund the cost of the card at the end of the journey? I think their cost range from 3000 to 6000won depending on the design
Lol changing trains at seoul reminds me of changing trains in China. You walk half the length of the city just to transfer lol. Great video just back from busan and thankfully metro alot easier than Seoul.
We booked our trip this October for 3weeks, I don’t know if it’s a good idea to visit Tokyo+osaka, or Tokyo only and make a flight next time to book Osaka…I’m confused..
Warning: it isn’t as easy to use Airalo as the video made it seem. You must follow the instructions (which are on your phone) EXACTLY. And it is difficult to follow the instructions on your phone while making changes to your settings also on your phone. Airalo and GigSky have both been hit-or-miss for us. Lots of wasted money.
Can I use the balance remaining on my passmo hello kitty card to buy food etc? You mentioned that you scanned your passport online to avoid the long queue at the arrival. When did you do it-3days before your arrival? Thank you..
Your videos are so informative. I’m going to Japan in a few days & was so nervous about the transportation. Thank you for sharing! Also, thanks for the esim option. Didn’t realize it was that easy
Thank you for highlighting the extremely helpful tips, immensely edifying. I like the tip about tabelog, and would have like some tips on navigating the site better for more precise answers to my inquiries. You are doing great keep it up.
None. Borderless was way to crowded, filled with screaming children and rude instagram-freaks giving zero fucks if the stand in your way. And planets is a horrible joke with bad design. Especially the "garden"-part looks like it was created by a five year old. Better not waste your time there and explore the real city and real museums with real art instead.
Any idea what my options are for Suica card with an Android? I can't add it to my Google Wallet ahead of time and I'm worried about not being able to get one in person. Thanks. Great video!
And while paying for each trip at the station is a possibility and a great backup plan it is troublesome to have to buy a ticket every single time you want to jump on a train - I recommend you get your hands on a physical card if possible
Thank u for sharing! Preparing with local apps before embarking on a journey aids in discovering popular spots while employing web translation tools such as Immersive Translate enhances comprehension wherever your travels take you, regardless of the destination.
I went to both last week, and my favorite is Borderless without hesitation! It seems you missed one of the best room in Borderless, which is the light show with hundreds of synchronized projectors, creating a light show with music. It was my favorite part of Borderless with the bulb sphere forest. Also, Borderless is way more immersive than planets, where I was disappointed by the fact you have to go through lockers again between water and garden parts. Moreover the water parts seems not to age well as we could feel part of the floor falling out, which was bad. Another point for people asking about skipping the queue at Borderless, there is actually no queue for this one, thanks to you timed tickets working better than planets'. Borderless needs more time to explore, I would easily spend twice the time in Borderless than planets which make the experience even more valuable for the same price. So I would definitely recommend one more than the other.
Fantastic video! Visiting Japan for the first time in July and only an English speaker here. Vids like this make it so much more less daunting to visit Japan. Thank you!🙏🏼
Planning go solo to Seoul in June/2024, I have phone of T-Mobil, it says T-Mobile cover the Wi-fi in Korea, Q: I can download the Naver maps and I don't have to buy the Wi-fi sim card in Korea, then I can use the maps in Seoul, right? Thanks
