My portfolio for the past 30 years has always been self managed and I own 3 shares of Berkshire Hathaway Class A stock (BRK:A) which I bought in at about $17,000 during the mid 90s, I'm currently liquidating some of these positions to incoporate new Gen. Stocks, but am I better off re-investing into Gold as it seems stocks are a little too unstable right now.
The market is not necessarily a rollercoaster if you know your way around the market, there are various opportunities in the present market to accrue good profit, If you are not too savvy with the market, just buy and hold on strong companies with good earnings, or consult with advisors on Etfs and actively managed funds. I am up by 418% in 1 year under guidance.

I've shuffled through investment coaches and yes, they can be positively impactful to an individual's portfolio, but do your due diligence to find a coach with grit, one that withstood the 08' crash. For me, Rebecca Nassar Dunne turned out to be better and smarter than all the advisors I ever worked with till date, I’ve never met anyone with as much conviction.
For the average person, yes. But consider that investing in index funds can create bubbles, as we see now. The shift from active management to passive management was HUGE. So prepare yourself to invest in a overvalued market
Guys don t believe in this.Overpopulation is problem right now.Instead of buying useless things like cars or other stock assets buy houses because it will increase its value as time goes.
It is basically no different from renting. Putting money in someone's pocket, not owning it. So how do I put money in my pockets beside stock, and these other stuff you mentioned?
The more I read his book, the more I understand what exactly he’s going on about. When he talks about someone being an “idiot”, he simply means someone that is not financially literate. If you don’t know what to do with the money, then your financially illiterate. If you’re going to be an entrepreneur and/or go into real estate investing or selling, and you’re just trying to make money, rather than investing in assets that will help generate wealth, is idiotic. that’s what he’s referring to: use the earnings from your business to acquire assets rather than buying luxuries that won’t make you money.
Hint, Polestar is now for 1$. Bringing out new models plus building factories and facilities..thumps up if u got profit later on.❤ stocks are great! Buy and dont touch. Add more over time.
I've learned of RDPD back in 03'. I could not even maintained a job to even think about any of this stuff. I'm 50 and still struggle. Pisses me tf off.
