Thanks for the videos, these have been great as I picked up new info and it scratched the itch of my long delay between riding coasters this year! Very well done

Blackpool pleasure beach had the cableway built by Von Roll in 1960 and removed in 2000. Given Southport pleasure land and morecambe frontier land were owned by the same family, the inspiration could be any of the 3 BPB also has the Eddie stobart ride which is trucks, I think this may have formerly been alpine rallye

Its a shame they dont have a steeplechase style ride, such as the one at Blackpool or formerly at coney island. Imagine star wars theming with speederbike cars ...

I’m 9 times out of 10 sure that storm chaser was a conversion from the twisted twins that operated with the original six flags branding and when the owners of Kentucky kingdom bought the park out they converted it. That’s a tip!

I always wondered how do you move a wooden roller coaster they had one at Lakewood Park in Waterbury Connecticut. Do you literally start taking it apart and start marking each piece 😂 and it's now the cannonball at Canobie Lake Park

Hey! I really like the video, and from your other videos I know you use the mod, Openrct2, which raises limits and adds cheats into the game, but most importantly it adds 3 new coaster types as of writing this, and even though I play a lot of this game, I'm not exactly sure if there are new train types for any existing coasters. I would love it if you could make a video covering those coaster types as well. You're probably not going to see this comment, but if you do, then please let me know!

7:23 there was/is an unkown cobra in a Kazakh park, i have a picture of it and it looks taller than the others which makes me believe its an older one, i have no idea where it is other than the country, i dont know if it operates, i only know its that coaster model and its in Kazakhstan edit: in the photo there is also a Mondial Top Scan like at many european parks (such as thorpe park for example) the coaster looks like a normal cobra but the part it lifts in has a kind of hook at the top, if i remember correctly this means its an older one like i said edit: this coaster was found in a park i forgot the name of, it was removed in the late 2000's but there are many intresting rides still there, it was replaced by some kind of stand up rocking tug ride?

Some more options for "wait, he chose Montaña Rusa over this?" -Roller Coaster @ Lagoon, given the guy seems to like scenery porn so much -Wildcat @ Lake Compounce, bearing in mind this probably would've been before it got infamously rough -Zippin Pippin, not sure if it was any different when it was in Memphis but it's pretty damn good right now -I've heard Swamp Fox is pretty underrated -Maybe like a Jet Star II or Jumbo Jet, I think Schwarzkopf had put out a few of those by 1974 -Might be a bit much to expect him to have anything from Europe, but, like, maybe Rutschebanan or Grand National

In 1973, I was only about 4 years old, but I remember my mom and dad reminiscing around the dinner table and I hung on every word. My parents are from Chicago and often went to Riverview as kids... Dad would tell us tales about how they'd come home BLACK and BLUE with bruising from riding the Bobs all day - the lateral forces were THAT strong. 😂 He made it sound so incredible that I said, "I wanna ride a roller coaster!" but Riverview was no longer in operation and even Great America (Gurnee, IL) hadn't been built yet! So one Friday in late summer, he took me to Kiddieland (in Melrose Park, defunct in 2009) and I rode the Little Dipper roller coaster. I remember being so scared (yes! I remember it!) that I tried to duck down by putting my head down on my hands. 🙄 Well, even that little coaster can "buck" and it gave me a fat lip. 🤕😄 None the less, a roller coaster enthusiast was born!🎉 Years later, I was THRILLED (and a little emotional) when I heard Six Flags bought it and set it up at Great America. 🥲 I brought my own 3 kids to ride it and was surprised that, even now, it gave my tummy a tickle going over that first drop. Me and my husband are grandparents now and our grandson is 7½. He loves the rides at traveling carnivals so we are taking him to Holiday World in Indiana next week. Who knows... maybe he'll follow in his grandma's footsteps. He's 54" tall so if he wants to join me on the coasters - they'll let him! . . .

Karacho in Tripsdrill was my first thrill coaster... and the Name "Karacho" means something like high speed. Its hard to describe, because its kind of a specific German Word. Also Tripsdrill is also hard to pronounce for some Germans, when they read it the first time. But I really love the Coaster!
