I wear a facemask when I go out in public .to avoid smokers and their contaminated smoke. I can't even enjoy the fresh air anymore. I refuse to go near a smoker. Technically you can't sue tabbaco company's as the person chose to smoke voluntarily, the tabbaco company's have written the dangers of smoking on the pack. Smoker's should also be denied health care, as smoking is self inflicted .smoker's are poor with ten cents in their bank account , good luck to them trying to sue a billion dollar company 😂

Good afternoon sir; I came to this country in 1987 because of the American dream. I was living in New York, and back then We decided to move to New Jersey and boug house in central New Jersey in 1992. Both my mom's and my name is on the mortgage. When we moved to New Jersey in 1992 I was the one paying the mortgage all along because my Mom was not able to pay because she was a Home health aid worker making minimum wages even though she tried, and she was not in the very best of health all those years because she was not in the very best of health my Mom developed kidney disease, sometimes in the late 80s because she had very high and blood pressure, and in the late 90s it got worse, and then she went on dialysis for over 20 years sadly she passed away last year in August. Because her name is on the title along with mine Medicaid put a lien on the house for $300,000 and all my life's work and savings are gone for 31 years I paid the mortgage by myself and now I lost most of my life savings in this house My only child was born in 1992. 2 months after we moved here, and this is the only home she knows, her grandma raised her from birth She went to college got her degree and paid off the house last year and she was, She buried her grandma buy her headstone and my daughter spent thousands of dollars paying off the house and burying her grandma both she and I are disinherited she got nothing. Now she is out of her mind, and she moved out and was in the hospital she does not speak to me anymore I only found out that she was In the hospital when she came out she did not take my calls or answer my texts I have diabetes and high blood pressure, and the stress is hurting me I cannot sleep sometimes. They violated my property rights they should charged us what we could afford and would pay it over the years My mom did get public assistance we are not denying that, but we believe that they should be more flexible with us They just will not listen to us so both my daughter, and we are denied our human rights thats what I believe, but as I am not a lawyer I cannot say too much because I don't know the laws if I sell this house I would walk away with less than half and at 65 years old I lost my life savings in this house my retirement money has been gone for 31 years I rebuilt this house, and now it needs a lot of work that I cannot afford I really would like your advice and how to go forward, I don't know how long I am going to live through this situation please I need help advice if I have rights or not
If they're using it on grasses in orchards its getting on the fruit we eat, killing pollinators like bees, on soy, corn, and other food crops... so consumers are being poisoned as well as people applying it
Why is the lien came to light after the settlement and also why do I have to pay for this lien if the accident was not my fault? What can I do about this lien because I think is unfair and I should not have to pay it.
I think the original settlement negotiations normally take the medical costs into account, and the settlement amount should include enough to cover the medical lien.
Attorney's really need to learn that correlation does not equal causation. It's what separates them from us in STEM. Also, amazing that he does not link the mentioned studies in the description. Show me three peer-reviewed studies that confirm your hypothesis. I got a feeling you can't.

i want them gone[mu records .11 years sober and they treat me like a hazardous waste. plus the couldn't see my hear was failing me. oh and they never did. took a er doc <12 hours . accidental Tylenol OD bc of pain is what brought me to my savior. a real doctor.
