THE BOMBERS: An Australian Arena Rock Band Of The Late 80's - Early 90's.
The Bombers were an Australian Rock band ..... more to come.....
This site is run by Doc O'Toole, who digitised The Bombers VHS videos to create a You Tube Channel for the band. I also made up a package DVD for the members to have for keep sake.
I will get back to designing this channel very soon.
What a song this is - TOP CLASS!! An absolutely TOP act here - THE BOMBERS! Was lucky to see them LIVE in 1991...can't believe two fellas here have passed away....may they R.I.P
Horrible. Rock like this shouldn't write world angst songs. They don't mix well. There's no hook or riff just meaningless noise. More tuned to American type rock than UK. It's a Miss from me HONK!!!
Aim High is a brilliant album. Better than anything Francis Rossi's watered down version of Quo has put out since 1985. RIP Steve Crofts; Alan Lancaster
Probably should be re-released such a great track .always been a massive admirer of Alan Lancaster since I woz 10 and had my uncles hand me down QUO t-shirt. Underrated legend.
I’ve returned back to this music video after hearing the news that made me feel devastated and I’m very sad that Alan Lancaster has passed away today, I’ve always thought Alan was underrated and overlooked at the same time as a musician, bassist, singer and songwriter, I will miss him greatly, R.I.P Alan Lancaster
I find it very sad that this band never really made it big, Alan was amazing bassist,Tyrone was an excellent singer, the drummer and the guitarist was also brilliant too!!
I looked this up after thinking about the drummer today when talking about equality Heck was so good he surpassed the bloke who got him into drumming within a year bloody briliant and I was their when we got him high for the first time
Tyrone in same class as Ronnie James Dio. Nobody ever talks about how good, no, how great the Drummer is in this band. Plus, the Guitarist with the cap was in the band because he was one of the best Guitarists in the world and a top bloke. Brewster and Lancaster were/are Rock Gods who always took the time to have a beer/scooby and a chat with me.
