Its nice of you to help revitalize this farm. The owner(s) obviously spent a lot on this farm and I am very sure that it went down due to poor management, as you are already suspecting. Why some of our people don't care when it comes to economical uplifting in general, really baffles me. Its better to tell the investor that you won't be able to manage the said business than to allow them invest so much and get back so little or nothing at all. Great job though! Make this farm work and you will be happy.
