good evening. Are all the snails on the farm the same species or the same family of snails?

If I'm build big farm like yours do I still have to get food outside to feed them with after I have planted vegetables and crops they will eat

When you go into the Green House, How do you know the Mortality rate and the number of eggs layed, Secondly how can to harvest snails and also know the number of snails in the green house
