Not when you realize how much of the Rogue class was bugged and not working. This is gonna be substantially stronger than HS in Season 4 once everything is fixed and working correctly. Sadly the Rogue class was completely scuffed on the PTR.
Exploit and Malice double dip with Victimize which makes them currently better, for Heartseeker. Wont be the case in Season 5 though since the double dipping with Victimize is getting fixed.

Lots of things are changed with this one. We can have cold imbue on every basic attack now with a new aspect. So everything is focused on non physical damage.
Shard of verathiel + starless sky ring are the only items making this possible, I have a hard time to believe it wont be nerfed before season 5 comes out. Bash barb became even stronger than retail because of it.
Well Victimize is bugged and not working properly, malice is bugged, caltrops is bugged. We literally have to wait for Season 5 launch to have any idea what's gonna be good and what isn't, PTR is in a terrible state this time around and its been frustrating to say the least.
Shako + Might aspect on chest and I chose a lot of defensive options on the paragon board. Starless works with heartseeker because of the new Unique sword. New sword increases your basic skills damage up to 300% but they now cost 25 resource, which allows you to use starless skies now.
Rapid fire was putting up some crazy numbers in the PTR. Not sure what the meta is gonna be at this point, and so many things are bugged its impossible to tell. We'll have to see what happens between now and Season 5 launch.
Inspired by you vid. bought a 2 weaponmaster 2 expolit amu and rolled frigid finese. Managed masterwork crit x 3 on exploit. Do you think should I reroll frigid to malice?
I think so but honestly not sure, I know Malice > Frigid so I would assume you would. Will slow trash clearing down a bit though, so it depends on what your looking for. Frigid helps with clearing while Malice is great for boss damage and overall dps.
Hey! I managed to craft an amulet with exploit, weapon mastery and frigid finese. Would it be worth to keep frigid finese or reroll to malice? Not sure which one of the two hits harder. Managed to x3 crit on exploit. Thanks
On the PTR? I heard Malic is bugged on the PTR right now. If your on the live servers, then I believe Exploit > Malice > Frigid > Weapon Mastery if you're playing Heartseeker.
Victimize isn't even OP, even if it does double dip at most you do 500-700m procs, where as other classes are doing billions. It literally needs the double-dip or else no one would even use it.
+ Damage double dips, its no different than DoT. Putting on Andariels wouldn't be a TB build anymore and I was just curious what TB looked like after the patch. Can definitely make lots of improvements to this but it was so clunky I didn't care to play it anymore. This build also really needed Pestilent Points aspect because TB lucky hit is so bad and wasn't proccing Bursting Venoms.
Was thinking about the new aspect that makes basic skills always cold imbued. Enhaced cold imbuement has the effect that lets cold imbued skills make enemies vuln for 3 seconds based off of 40% Lucky hit. Maybe can drop the roll on ring for crit or smth else eh?
I hope they streamline things by the time the season goes live. It will be a shame to nerf this build to the ground. The simplicity of this build is relaxing to play this game. And I don't want to go back to farming pit levels 80 with a build like this after 110 plus. Plus, the new sword synergises well with the amulet aspect. So, hopefully, the build will still be S tier viable.
@@abhinavagoswami8615 So many bugs in the PTR its gonna be hard to balance anything off of this. I also really enjoy Heartseeker for Farming/Gauntlet, definitely hope it stays.
Actually, there is a PTR bug that already is nerfing Victimize. They need to fix that in addition to the duble dip and the +50% damage to compensate for the double dip fix. But even then it seems HS needs more buffs for blanacing reasons with other classes (mainly barb). Let's hope this PTR will result in changes that are made with rational thinking. The new helmet is just too good right now. Instead of bringing build variety it will be mandatory. Exactly the opposite.
@@Holztransistor Helmet is good but I think Shako is better for higher end content. Shako for Pit pushing/T8 Infernals, Crown of Lucion for speed clearing content.

What’s your highest Pit clear with this build in S4? I managed 180Aether clearing T6Horde but on T7 the lords have so much HP. You absolutely melt them. I cleared a Pit132 with my gear. The only change I made was the cold aspect you’re using. Do you have a ridiculous necklace or something?

Ooooh ok I saw your gear at the end. You have a Shard and yes your amulet is insane! How are you solving your energy issues using Shard and just Starless??? I tried that and my energy instantly went to zero….
Man my amulet is 12/12 with 2 on malice and one on FF before I rolled the third affix to exploit (took like half a billion) and I’m absolutely dreading having to restart the MW to get it on exploit
@@rf7522 Could try it, but you'd have to change up the paragon boards because poison trap is to proc all of the deadly ambush board + Glyph. You could remove shadowstep or dash and switch it out with shadow imbue.
This video was really insightful. Can’t believe you hit both tempers in 1 try each though! I need that luck. Bricked some awesome 2GA crit and lucky hit gloves because I couldn’t get vulnerable
