Hows the immigrants situation over there? And how about homeless and drug addicts? I wanna know the bad parts. Everything else will be decided after that.
Great Hiking Choices. However, I would not have included Venus Pool. While it’s is nice, it is really not for “public”. You probably have noticed there is no parking lot. It’s a community neighborhood and resident are frustrated about visitors parking in front of their house: I would replace Venus Pool with Sliding Sands Hike.
sorry to say, not a very informative vlog. how to book camp, what is itinerary, where to stay, eat, price nothing was informed in detail and no link was provided
After having lived in Kelowna for 20 years and escaping the insanity a number of years ago, my suggestion is to live and work in the same area to avoid a commute. If you are retired, live close to the things you do the most….grocery store, banks, doctors office, Costco. Basically the less driving you have to do the better. The city is too big for the roadways and that creates a horrible drive through gridlock most of the day and the summer is absolute hell on wheels with the tourists driving all over….
Don’t forget the insane traffic because there’s no bypass, and also the rampant homeless issue in the downtown core. It is a beautiful city with a lot to do but there definitely are drawbacks as well
Lived in Kelowna (downtown) when the population was 38,000 and you could count on one hand the number of homeless people. Wouldn't move back - its just an extension the the LMD. People left the LMD to get away from the crime, homelessness etc and what did they do? They brought their woke politics with them and now you have all the problems they tried to get away from.
Rubbish. What does "woke" politics even mean? Seriously, it's annoying when people use terms they dont understand. If you are trying to blame politics for the homeless situation in Kelowna, then take a look at the neoliberal/capitalist policies that hold sway over our entire socio-economic structure. Kelowna has a long history of conservative leaning mayors under the likes of Watler Gray and Stuart and has a long list of Conservative MPs. Are you calling Conservative politicians "woke" now as well?
@@Thetruthhurts708 It certainly must have been a "good try" if you have no counter-point to make. But like your handle says, the truth hurts, I just thought with a handle like that you might be able to take it.
Think about getting more color out of your drone shots. They're very sun washed, 'plain', and grayish. Overexposed. If you don't believe me, compare them side by side with your hand-held shots.
Bought a place in west kelowna 6 months ago, I have lived in Calgary, Edmonton, Squamish, and different locations of the lower mainland and I can honestly say this place is freaking Paradise, especially in the summer.
Hi, we are considering renting a private boat instead of taking water taxis to go from to town. Did you dock/moor/anchor your rental and go into any towns or did you stay out on the water for your allotted 8 hours? If you did use a docking/mooring service, do you mind providing your experience with that and the costs of it? Thanks!
I remember watching your videos when I was waiting my visa for Phd in UBCO. now I am rewatching from the amazing neighbourhood of glenmore. I love Kelowna,,,
How old are you anyway that you think you have experience. All agents should always dress the best with suit an tie otherwise it is not going to work. Your image will stick to client's mind forever they may not be fancy but they will not count on yoy for important bussiness
