I work nights, and live in Cali where the temperature drop is wild. I rented out one of my rooms, and ready to kick this girl out because she turns the air conditioner on to 65 degrees when its an average of 58 degrees outside. I live in a house, not a cave. It really makes me question if white people like living in cave like environments.

To be honest, I don’t like either one of them as presidents. The main issue, they both do some good things SOME. TIMES. I want, and I think a lot of people want, a president that does A LOT of good things ALL OF THE TIME. It also doesn’t help that they both have a very corporate approach to handling things. I want a president that is actually for the people. I don’t want a president that has so many ties with big entities that are the main reason of their decision making.

It’s always good to have multiple streams of income to reduce some stress especially with this economy so having tenants is actually a good idea until he finds something more aligned with him job wise

Do not tell them that you are going to sue them.. that’s not a good idea. You get what you can from them and then you blindside them with the lawsuit. don’t taunt them or make threats about it bc then they can prepare their stories, delete things and lie about why they’re firing you. Don’t quit either.
someone secretly recorded you, management tried to hold the recording against you yet they won’t let you see the footage is pure INSANITY! Qaadir you need to get all your paperwork together whatever photos and recordings you have and speak to an employment lawyer. Hostile work environment and discrimination. Many of them will speak to you for free just gotta look them up. Also DO NOT TELL THE PEOPLE AT YOUR JOB YOU ARE BUILDING A CASE OR THAT YOU ARE GOING TO SUE. Even the ones you cool with!!!
this era just makes me so nostalgic...i was in middle school at this point...but qaadir, he was still in school, he was doing numbers on youtube basically pioneering storytimes, could u imagine where he would be rn if he had stayed humble and realized where his strengths lied, instead of chasing lofty music dreams that most people knew would never materialize...it's so eerie that even back then people were telling him music wasn't the thing and he just would not listen, and still won't listen all these years later...god it just goes to show you sometimes the path of least resistance truly is the right path...his downfall is insane
