I highly recommend to put a oil filter magnet. I have the same fumoto in my evo and cut out the filter to see if any content is attached on the wall and it did
Great video man ! keep up the good work. I waited about 3 months for mine to arrive. Rae does great things and it pays to be patient but 8 months is quite a long time. Morgan is really caught up now but supply and demand is the name of the game bruh! I love my QUAD catback with no mufflers only reasonated burnt tips out double walled. I would say this is by far the highest quality exhaust on the market today. S/0 to Rae-Motorsports 1 time
I'm jealous. I wish I had tunnels to drive through. Rae does great work...I do feel for you guys having to wait so long though. Glad it's finally here. Car sounds great! 🤘
It’s the man/legend!! Thanks man!! Appreciate it!!! Honestly the wait wasn’t really the problem, it was the company’s lack of transparency and honesty. The wait became a problem when the customer service was bad/ with attitude 😞
@@RiceyRicky Haha man, I'm no legend. Just a VB enthusiast like you! I know Rae has been busting her butt to get it all sorted out but it's still some growing pains it seems. Glad that people enjoy the product though.
I installed a rae intermediate pipe on mine with a resonated mid pipe and no mufflers your goings to love the increase of engine note it's perfect my opinion

Are you going to add the 3rd brake light and that exhaust sounds so good i can't wait to get a full exhaust i just have an axleback i do get the pops and bangs but the drone on mine is crazy
You got it!!! NICE!! Sounds amazing! I'll be waiting a bit more for my Rae CBE.. But, I was expecting it before ordering and ordered a cheap Noble Pro axle-back exhaust to hold me over.. I needed some noise back there. Morgan at Rae says they are finally getting help and have hired some full-time employee's. Wait times will have already started to see improvement. I ordered my Rae CBE on June 8th. We'll see how much longer it takes.. 🤙

@@RiceyRicky I was pretty surprised by how well the Noble axle-back sounds.. They will help ease the pain of waiting for the Rae CBE.. I already have a buyer for the axle-back when the Rae exhaust arrives.. Get to recoup some of the money back anywho. 🤙
I’m running an AWE Track for my VB. Sounds very similar to yours and pops just as much, especially when I get out of 1st gear into 2nd. I was surprised how much it popped with no other parts except catback. Now I’m running it with DMann 93 tune and an ETS intake and it’s the best. Car feels super smooth and that intake is insane.
Can’t go wrong with AWE for any car imo. Nice! Glad you liking it! Gary was rocking that tune and intake for a little while before getting pro tuned, he was nice enough to let me drive it! Feels great! Sounds awesome! Even better after the protune!
@@rjruelas6740 Most def, they could have done things better as well though, update the site with a more accurate delivery timeframe and maybe make customers sign a waiver before completing the order to make sure they are aware of the wait. Does sound amazing too, maybe I will luck out and scoop one used haha

It’s the effect Subaru tends to have on us. I absolutely hated the VB WRX when it came out, and now I really like it.. except for the rear, I’m not convinced. But at least there are modding options.
Actually since 2017-2020 many companies have switched to only 3M installation since 3M technology has come so far in the recent decades. As long as you’re provided with high quality EXTERIOR 3M tape it’s perfectly fine to only install it with 3M. For example, many after market duck style spoilers are only held on with 3M so no drilling is required. Along with many front lips, side skirts, and rear spats now a days. Some company examples are aeroflowdynamics, Honda eBay parts, compressive tuning, molded innovations, and but not limited to Subaru OEM. But either way it doesn’t matter this time since he went back at the end and used the self tap screws with the 3M.
people hate on the plastic, but for me, the justification was in the fact they are inexpensive to replace, and you dont have to worry about chips or scratches. Mine is black so the cladding blends well. Of course if i had a white or any other color than black, i would most likely get it painted. Or you can mix black accents with the over all color scheme/theme of the car.
At the time of filming it was 5+, but now in real time it’s on month 8 and still nothing. No explanation or update unfortunately. And yes it was, did you get one too?
@RiceyRicky still nothing after 8 months.. damn. I just ordered the Rae Dual Exit Quad-tip w/ resonators about a month ago back on the first week of June. I knew the wait was going to be a while, but hell, man. lol.. I ordered a axle-back to hold me over. I needed something back there. Which exhaust did you order from Rae?
@@Antykain I got the same one. If I knew if it going to take this long I honestly would’ve went with a different company. Nice, great idea with the axle backs to hold you over. Who knows how long it’s going to take to receive something from them.
