Hello! We are Beth and Chris. Thank YOU for being here. We aim to live an active lifestyle while working full-time. It can certainly be challenging, but we do our best to prioritize movement and activity almost every day. Though some days we don't do anything active. That's okay, too. Rest is important.
We enjoy hiking, biking, running, walking, paddle boarding, strength training, and yoga (to name a few) :-) Some of those activities get A LOT more attention than others. We're here to encourage you to find what you love and make time to do it. Join the movement.
