The judge, before she became the actual judge and was a prosecuting attorney, prosecuted me five times. Once she became judge I paid her to marry my husband and I and she is on my custody case. She is constantly praising my son's dad, who got three dui in two years. One with a hit and run and wanton endangerment. Telling him what a wonderful job he is doing and how she thinks he is a good candidate for rehab. BC that is what he keeps telling everyone he is going to do but he hasn't been in from of THAT judge and is still in jail. So why is she continuously giving ME a hard time?! I'm the one with both her kids, raising them on her own with zero support from anyone except snap benefits. I am under a constant state of duress BC I'm trying to pay off old support but it damned hard to when you have both your kids in your care, can't work BC of your own disabilities and she is constantly wanting to lock ME UP. SMG. How can they come after ME when I HAVE my kids back?! And I trained for humana for five weeks but quit after the 2nd week of nesting BC I couldn't DO it. She wants a letter from someone saying why I can't do that type of work! I tried explaining that to her but she is insistant that I bring a letter to her courtroom. How much you want to bet she has me locked up and puts my child with the stepmom?! Wyo he absolutely can't stand BC she is mean to him!!! I'm over this and the way me and my kids get treated tbh. She made them leave the courtroom the court date before this last one. Smh. Why? Why couldn't my 11 yr old stay in there and SEE how she does things?!?! Especially when it comes down to HIS LIFE?! I WANTED her to talk to my son instead of the timeshare thing so that SHE could see how HE FEELS. But nooooo, his dad said he wanted a hearing, so, we had a hearing and then I be dipped if he doesn't say he wants her to talk to him as well! Smh. It is a mess!
Pure crap. Any one can guess, based on script, whether two examples match, and not have to pay thousands to the phonies. Show 100 "experts" two samples, show 100 persons off the street 100 samples, and statistically both will come out about even.
It obviously isn't quiet as easy as you say, because courts hire people to figure this stuff out. If it was that easy that anybody could figure this out these forensics would not need to be done.
@@rosiemackenzie5976 No "courts" do not "hire people to figure this stuff out." Parties hire "experts" to convince the jury they know best. Any idiot taking the time to compare X and Y can tell whether they _probably_ match, or not.
Probably match isn't quiet good enough in a court of law. Convicting someone on a probable match is weak at best, thats why experts are called. duh@@joeryanstrialbook2005

Would you believe they did this to me after being pumped up with so much drugs after surgery at Lee Memorial Hospital in Fort Myers Florida ? they had me sign a stack of documents when I was completely out of it , what did I sign ? I have no idea . would you believe that someone came to me about 11:30 at night at Peace River Regional Hospital in Port Charlotte Florida making me sign documents after I was stressed out and pumped up with drugs , this one I could prove that someone had me sign documents in the middle of the night , they made a mistake by leaving one out of three documents I signed in the middle of the night with the time stamp on it in my medical file , would you believe a doctor tried to have me sign the wrong documents in his own Clinic ? it's a long story and when I refuse to play the game I was gas-lit with a blowtorch , I was punished tortured in my own house to the point where I have become crippled , would you believe I was pumped up with twice the amount of anesthesia in the surgery room on the surgery table at Peace River Regional Hospital in Port Charlotte Florida in which my heart shut down ? United States legal system is organized and managed by a bunch of criminals out of control vigilante criminal thugs white supremacist judge and jury and executioner , it is not Justice it is just us and they definitely do whatever they feel like without any fear of prosecution . there is no justice it is selective and definitely Palestinians do not have civil rights in the United States of America .
I am dealing with a highly questionable supposedly legal document I received today from my family, it goes a bit like this. It was delivered by the sheriff's office but it was just a single sheet of normal printer paper, not anything remotely resembling something official and legal an actual law office would put an official notice on. Plus it's just off on every metric and measure. Spelling is bad, grammar is childlike, and the whole document looks susspect. Hell, it wasn't even in an envelope either! Everything on it looks like it was made by a fool using MS Word. they got my street address wrong, badly, the spacing, font, style, and like attributes are all over the place and even the line where the supposed attorney that is handling the case has my dad's name on it as opposed to his as well. The law office it was supposedly made from claims they know of what's going on but their description of everything is way off to the point of laughable as well. WTF, is this about?

please do not support birth certificates. do not support real ones and do not support fake ones. birth certificate holders push the idea that people are not created equal and that people have no liberty or choice in their own nationality from the moment they are born. they are forced to live in certain areas, forced to speak certain languages, etc. meanwhile, natural born citizens are displaced an belittled by birth certificate holders. protect your child and do not support birth certificates. please stop using all services that require a birth certificate. stay away and tell others of how harmful they are!
Forged medical document. I checked with my doctor's, and none of them have signed that document. They don't know who's signature it belongs to. I sent an email to senator McSally in Arizona about this situation last week. No response to this problem. The worker's comp nurse Renee has been trying to dictate my treatment, and has been involved in the forged medical document.
I would like to speak to you if possible...I have a civil case (as a defendant) I am dealing with ... this guy is trying to STEAL MY PROPERTY i paid cash for this propperty and was trying to give a break to them(him)....and included in the civil action against me were at the least a forged document with what looks to be my signature very sloppy cut n paste.. maybe ofiice 10??? photoshop probably. HOWEVER i nthe interim of this transaction, he changed his name and the deak with this is he is (supposedly ) a member of the Yurok tribe here in CA. the watermarks are "funky" and this is a federal document he (or his lawyer } is presenting for a name change... I would like to pick your mind, I dont have any $ for a retainer, I'm representing myself... all I CAN tell you is I would NOT have written this doc, not with a gun to my head.I would LOVEB to bust this crook ,and he is sloppy. I'm confused, if the courts agreed that the document was forged and that document was created by the person that brought the suit. What could he have won? I get that the plaintiff didn't have the mental capacity to do a proper forgery and there for the courts determined he was not not in the proper state of mind to contract but, what could the courts award for creating a forged document with intent to put it into official record (class 6 felony in Colorado)?
