The judge, before she became the actual judge and was a prosecuting attorney, prosecuted me five times. Once she became judge I paid her to marry my husband and I and she is on my custody case. She is constantly praising my son's dad, who got three dui in two years. One with a hit and run and wanton endangerment. Telling him what a wonderful job he is doing and how she thinks he is a good candidate for rehab. BC that is what he keeps telling everyone he is going to do but he hasn't been in from of THAT judge and is still in jail. So why is she continuously giving ME a hard time?! I'm the one with both her kids, raising them on her own with zero support from anyone except snap benefits. I am under a constant state of duress BC I'm trying to pay off old support but it damned hard to when you have both your kids in your care, can't work BC of your own disabilities and she is constantly wanting to lock ME UP. SMG. How can they come after ME when I HAVE my kids back?! And I trained for humana for five weeks but quit after the 2nd week of nesting BC I couldn't DO it. She wants a letter from someone saying why I can't do that type of work! I tried explaining that to her but she is insistant that I bring a letter to her courtroom. How much you want to bet she has me locked up and puts my child with the stepmom?! Wyo he absolutely can't stand BC she is mean to him!!! I'm over this and the way me and my kids get treated tbh. She made them leave the courtroom the court date before this last one. Smh. Why? Why couldn't my 11 yr old stay in there and SEE how she does things?!?! Especially when it comes down to HIS LIFE?! I WANTED her to talk to my son instead of the timeshare thing so that SHE could see how HE FEELS. But nooooo, his dad said he wanted a hearing, so, we had a hearing and then I be dipped if he doesn't say he wants her to talk to him as well! Smh. It is a mess!
