Thank for the patch read, also they fixed the melta overheal thing everyone was abusing. Hoping we get some slight difficulty tweaks (make some things tougher/more enemies spawn) and improvements to bolt guns later down the road but altogether this was a good patch. Also.. if you don’t mind me asking Jebbles, you’ve been coming off very provoking and jaded lately, is everything okay? I miss your fireside talks in the crackling wood and rain and having a chill video. Hope you’re well.
I haven't seen the melta change cited in the patch notes the devs put out. That's not to say you're wrong, they just didn't mention it if so. As for the other question, my tone of voice doesn't play great to sarcasm. That's where a lot of confusion arises as to whether I'm upset or not. I'm actually pretty calm lately because things are going very well with this game.
As a Heavy Main: I'm creaming at this update. Shielded Tzangoors were my worst nightmare when running the Heavy Boltgun, now they're fewer and squishier. The Heavy Plasma Incin felt very weak at taking out hordes but very good against individuals, now instead of killing 3 small guys with one uncharged shot I'm killing 5 or so instead - the 10% damage buff isn't TOO noticeable but it is there and the lower heat buildup allows for around 1 extra charged shot. Bare in mind all it took before was 1 Charged shot each from the Heavy Plas and the Plasma Pistol to put an Elite into Execute range so that is now an extra Elite dead per overheat. Now it's closer to 1 Charged Heavy shot and 2 uncharged pistol shots to put a Chaos Marine into Execute. Instead of just unloading shots at my shins when I get swarmed to try and get contested health back, activating my Halo and hoping the chip damage will take care of some of them, I can perfect parry to clear a few out AND get armour back for added sustain, armour is now worth more so I'm not having to rely on the 20% more HP perk as a crutch as my armour just vanished in a second whenever I got in a fight.
Personally think armor back on minoris parry is a step too far. With all the enemy tuning ruthless reliquary went from the hardest challenge in the game to pretty easy.
You get armor on killing blows. Shouldve had it from the start if we want to look at it from a logical point of view. Makes standing your ground and parrying more viable than spam rolling like a dipstick Also this takes pressure off the fact that there’s very few ways to regain lost health More ways to sustain allows them to turn the difficulty up in other ways. It’s a good change
As a World War Z player let me say Saber Interactive supported the ever loving crap out of that game for YEARS. As their second excellent 3rd person horde shooter, we have plenty to look forward to.
Seeing Devs listen to the players is beautiful when you dont have a large corpo breathing down your neck. and from my point of view, im not sure if anyone else agrees, but im very much on the side of take your time devs. having the "its done when its done" mindset is always nice, better quality and content doesnt feel rushed. for example, warframe had a little story update a little back and dear fucking god did it feel rushed but when DE took their time, they created beautiful content
Just had a casual 5k kills game on heavy, funny exploit allows for infinite enemys to spawn on decapitiation, ifyou dont blow the brige, you can just farm endless hordes of small tyrnaids, all while next two a ammo cach
These obviously aren’t the only patch notes that’ll ever come, but I’m hopeful for the future. The developers are clearly listening and doing what they can for now. Fixing stuff in video games can take a LONG time, and these fixes are addressing some complaints that players have had and some quality of life changes.
Fun Fact: The Iron Halo blocks all ranged attacks. Zoanthropes and Neurothropes (the flying fucks) can ONLY do ranged attacks. Do with this information what you will :)
For my experience is that the player that uses cheat trainer can only access to infinite grenades, stims and abilities. God mode, infinite ammo, no reload and infinite armor will not be accessible to use in PVE only in the champaign mode. How i know about this? i met one player before yesteday.
@@JebblesJunior if you search space marine 2 cheat, you can't find any of this video, I don't know if anyone covered all of this happening and don't want people to know, but it's happening seriously in the game.
I'm of the opinion that cheating in a PvE game is lame, but I won't lose sleep. If he's just having fun, then whatever. What's inexcusable is that he just played so passively. Bro, you're immortal, just go ham and kill everything in god-mode not hang back. Whack shit. I remember finding cheaters in the good ol' days of CoD World at War zombies and them just adding pack a punched guns in our lodout. Shit was fun.
Letting the ‘nids win one is a small price to pay for dismantling the fragile mind space of a sub-brick being who can’t even be bothered to learn the basics of the game in favor of ruining the fun for those that care for the game
The fact that Vulkan was able to crack jokes with FERRUS MANNUS says a lot, Heck the Iron Hands still quote a bastardzed version of something he said to the Gorgan for their bleeding battle cry. Plus The Salimander's Battle cry is the best of the legions that I've yet heard. Whats going to trump "Into the fires of battle, Unto the anvil of war"? (No genuinely)
For some reason Zoanthropes are much more difficult when doing solo ruthless runs. They attack more often and switch shields more often. Is that just me?
My absolute favorite cheater story was back in R6 when vote kick was still a thing, the dude had walls but really sucked at the game and was on our team. We killed him and threw the match until 1 more TK would ban us, so we chased him around and trapped him in a corner so the other team could win. Granted this was in ranked so we couldn't vote kick, but we did force a loss and the guy lost elo. Then in his almighty wisdom, dropped the "Gamer" word in chat, got reported by all 9 players, and banned instantly.
What is the point in cheating in this game the game is so good and fun to play and there just making it boring for them selfs makes no sense and its pve to so you literally get noting out of it just some ex at the end but you get that just by playing it normally what a complete tool
Cheating can be accepted if 1. It's in PvE 2. All players in sessions are ok with it 3. Is used for fun, not by shear incompetence. If I were to cheat it would be in solo or with friends and just to remove ressource management (and maybe a little stun resistance cause the tyranids have a tendancy to stun-lock you.) it is still not an excuse to grenade spam, and avoiding melee with a melee class while cheating is the most pathetic thing ever. Cheating with a melee class is to never be out of the melee.
This gives that guy fame and publicity (and the cheats too) since other cheaters will see this and want a funny trash talking video about them, so they'll look for them cheats.
