10 car train for 110 is quite a work hour for it, and she sounds good pulling out of Coldwater. Track is a huge improvement and really allows her to stretch her legs now.

This is more a running in or break in run. They’re letting something run in before her first big trip and see how it does. Too light for a test run. Anyway, thanks for sharing and taking the time to film it. Much appreciated
hearing those trains reminds me of my childhood visiting my grandparents: at night I could hear trains in the distance ... loved it but please do smthg with tha audio: too many parasite sounds (like wind), it's really painful at times :/ also I would love to see more outside of cities ;)
I'm confused. I read an article about a year ago or so, that NS was absolutely NOT re-doing the heritage paint jobs when the locomotives came in for heavy service/repair. Yet here are two in what looks like brand new heritage paint. What gives?!
Well every 10 years the engines have to go thru a rebuild I think and I think they decided when they were working on the heritage units to give them a fresh paint job after there rebuilds
