On April 15th, 2024, I happen to get word that the NS OCS was on its way back to Altoona, PA. The OCS wouldn't get to PA til the afternoon. After stopping for a fallen marker, then a speed restriction to Boiling Springs and waiting 3 hours for MOW to clear, they didn't back to Altoona til very late. In this video we cover a short chase from Marion PA to Duncannon, PA. Enjoy!
