Well, if they’re judged by the DD5 SBR I recently bought, they could be in big trouble also. Nothing but problems. Poor build quality. Just got it back from them today…for the second time. Huge mistake getting that gun. Not easy to do a return on it either as I spent all the money on the stamp and mags etc…not to mention the suppressor. After checking it out, I already found some problems. Crazy. My Century Arms HK91 has been light years ahead of the DD. Who’d have guessed.
on the bandicoot i find in stock form it sticks out a bit more than id like, but, i was able to use a key ring on each side of the wings where it has the webbing loops. tie the two loops together with a key ring or similar, and it will help the pack sit more flat. thats two rings, one for each side. hopefully that makes sense.

Look, these law suites are ridiculous for the reason that the ignorant judge that ruined Bushmaster and Remington opened a can of worms. Since now people can sue gun manufacturers then we can sue any and all parents for what ever their children do no matter the child’s age. If someone’s kid is bullied and injured by the bully that kids parents need to sue the bully’s parents for a million or more because the parents should have thought their kids manners and not to pick on weak and helpless people. Nowhere in this video you showed the Daniel Defense ad in question, which showed a father giving his 4 year old kid a gun. Having youre kids swissed cheesed on the regular is a but small price to pay for that NRA blood money.

Bushmaster’s lawyers obviously dropped the ball by failing to determine if Lanza had even _seen_ their “negligent marketing” (what a ridiculous term) or how that would have even been relevant given that the gun belonged TO HIS MOM. Did the marketing to young men convince _her_ to buy the gun? By this logic, video games like the _Forza_ series can and should be subject to the same type of lawsuits for encouraging dangerous driving on public roads. “Negligent marketing” is an outrageous Orwellian term that means nothing given that Lanza wasn’t a prohibited person and wasn’t known to be an “at-risk person” until after he did what he did and so there’s no way for Bushmaster to have taken precautions against it. The whole lawsuit should’ve been dismissed with prejudice, but…Connecticut.

This explains why I keep trying to buy my buddies Bushmaster and he says there's no amount of money that would make me sell it I get it you can't replace it feasibly you can't sue a game company because they used a model of a gun that kind of looks like a Daniel Defense but they called it something different.
