Thank you for your vid. I have EBV for 25 years and everything you said is very recognisable. Any info about genetic heredity because its hard to find. Wish you the best.
I was like this from 2017 until 2023. I started eating more leafy greens, along with magnesium glycinate, high amounts of vitamin D, potassium, and a daily allergy pill, and low impact excercise. So far I feel 98% better.
Thank you, been going through this with a family memeber, I know its not in their head or because they "didnt drink enough water" (which they do). We had a functional med. Practitioner but lost her due to the office closing😢 but because of her, we now know virus is active and this makes more sense now. God bless you
Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It’s helpful to hear tips like this. I had mono as a kid and I hadn’t know about the possibility of it coming back or never “ doing away”. I’m definitely going to try that tea, I also use Thyme tea to help with other symptoms. 🩷 Thanks again for sharing.
@@malekmoum By tapping into cellular memory to find the cause of health issues and the natural remedy. Then I treat the person with the frequency of the needed remedy. The results are very fast and amazing. I just need to hear your voice on the phone in order to test and to treat you. I never had mono. I had my Epstein Barr "attack" in September 2004. Verrrry debilitating. Many unneeded tests followed before my Dr. casually asked if he had tested for EBV. Ummm, no. So he did. Office called, told my husband the positive results, and that there was nothing they could do. But, fortunately, his wife, a PA, did care and due to pain she prescribed me the brand new drug Cymbalta because it has a med for pain. It worked!!! It addresses most of the symptoms. They have no idea why and I can't quit taking it. Symptoms come right back. I have always worked FT. 20 years later, the top 3 symptoms that just won't quit are: #1 Crappy quality of sleep. #2 No matter how much I sleep I am always tired. #3 Dizziness I just take a licking and keep on ticking. ~Lisa 55y
Functional doc is way to go and a really good one will not stop until they help! ❤️😊❤️ I have really high EBV antibodies and never knew when had it but have suffered from Fatigue for 30 yrs now.
I had a hard time sleeping with mono because my heart wouldn't beat slower than 100 bpm. After 7 weeks, it's beginning to return to normal. I was very athletic, and had a resting heart rate around 55 bpm before all this. I hope I can get back to mountain biking with my very fast and fit friends again.
Have had chronic EBV for one year. I have been in a Ph.D. program and have struggled with my symptoms. Recently, I bought a grounding sheet for my bed and now sleep 10 hours a night with no problem. I also use a grounding mat when I am working at my computer. I am currently researching ways to heal and support my immune system nutritionally.
Thank you for mentioning the temperature issues because I'm the same exact way. I feel like I have a fever of 101, take my temperature, and it's barely raised at all. That's never mentioned or taken seriously.
I get occasional fevers when I overdo it… my band played outside in 90 degree weather (oof) and the next few days I had a low grade fever. It’s like the immune system is responding to the flare up of EBV due to stressors. Like, oh there’s an infection! Let’s kill it with heat. But then the EBV hides again? That’s my best guess.
My Epstein Barr started 21 years ago when I was 17 years old. I was one of the “lucky” cases that had the enlarged spleen and then it all escalated into Jaundice & liver failure. I needed a transfusion, and almost died. Then just 3 years later I caught Lyme disease, and was treated late. These things compound each other. Before the Lyme I would only see EBV reactivation with extreme stress or illness. Since I have added COVID delta to my resume, and have ongoing symptoms specific to that, and then other weirdness probably associated with all three diseases.
I’m also struggling with mono caused by EBV. But I’m improving taking the following things: 1. Lauricidin extract (3 scoops a day) 2. Licorice tincture (8 drops a day) 3. Olive leaf tincture (4 drops a day) 4. Artemisinin pills (100 mg a day), not many people know this is powerful against herpes viruses 5. Acyclovir pills (200 mg twice a day) 6. Grapefruit seed extract (250 mg a day)
Two things that I found out from Doctor Berg: EBV blocks zinc and vitamin D. I find sunshine far superior to vitamin D supplements. Now for my story - I hope it helps you! I first got EBV in college at age 19. I was so sick that I was hallucinating despite never having taken drugs or being on any medication. I told my roommate that I would die if I did not get on a plane and go home. When I got off the plane, my own parents did not recognize me. It took 18 months or so to get "normal" strength back, but I have struggled with tiredness for many years. Despite that, I coached baseball for around 20 years, taught HS and Collège for over 30 years. I have written 8 books. I am still teaching in my 70s. I just had a really bad outbreak of EBV. Everything in your presentation is right on target. Maybe someday God will heal us, but until then, we have to do the things you said and know it will all work out. I have come to realize that although this is difficult, many people have it much worse than we do. This is our life and we can make the best of it. ALL things work together for our good. I made it and you will to. Keep smiling your beautiful smile!
Thank you so much for this video. I have chronic EBV as well and the stress of nursing school has made my EBV flare up and make me much more fatigued. I was having trouble finding anyone who experiences EBV on RU-vid (or at all) and this is the only video I was able to find that really helped me! Thank you!!
I have had EBV for 5 months and it is frustrating that dr's say it should be only there for a month and then they are surprised that I am still sick after 5 month and i have also had strep 3 times and found out i am allergic to alot of foods ( corn, soy, milk, pork) that are also causing my problems. I have felt really alone and depressed in this struggle that I have had. I found your video and it makes me feel better that I am not alone. thank you.
Today I have chills, my ears and throat hurt. My neck and shoulders hurt so bad i cannot even rub them. I woke up today feverish and feeling so sick. I have CFS.
Hello all. Question for the group. How is it determined whether you have chronic EBV reactivation or chronic active EBV? Sounds like chronic active is worse than chronic reactivation. Thanks in advance
11:15 I am having trouble falling asleep due to Chronic EBV and I see you are recommending Holy Basil tea, but which brand? Teas vary in strength and one brand can be five times stronger than another. Also, how long before sleep should the tea be consumed? If Holy Basil is the active ingredient of the tea, why not take a Holy Basil supplement? I tried a Holy Basil supplement of 1600mg, it had no effect. Does that mean there is some mysterious ingredient in Holy Basil tea that is absent in Holy Basil supplements? Thanks.
I too have EBV- EVERYONE LOOK UP DR KASIA KINES : The Epstein Barr Virus Solution (book) She has a protocol and website with lots of help for everyone suffering.
I was diagnosed with Epstein Barr in December. I was able to get it under control, but since I t’s linked to stress, that’s difficult. I’m a teacher so after every quarter when I get the opportunity to rest, I get a flare up which just takes me out. Swelling lymph nodes, lethargy, and. A mess of other symptoms from either the virus or just stress of having to deal with it. I feel somewhat hopeless and fearful if I’m being honest. I don’t know what to do or keep doing… I think leaving my job for something less stressful would help but I tend to be a stressed person regardless. Thanks for talking about this. I just needed to know I’m not alone.
Look into Dr. Bryce Vickory. He did some of the most extensive research on Epstein Barr of anyone I’ve found. His research has proven that you can literally starve this virus so it’s gone for good and he offers advice on how to repair the damage done. He highly recommends zero sugar. A diet codifying of lord of greens. A heavy metal detox and amino acids. My son and I got very sick and we’ve struggled for years. My heart goes out to everyone on here. You’re not alone and there is hope.
Thanks for sharing! I initially had it over a decade ago. No issues since until 2020. Basically, there is no break since then, and it's mid-2023. I am also strict on sleep...at least 9 hrs. Dealing with addt'l health issues that impact fatigue (hemolytic anemia + immunoglobin deficiency - both just happen in recent years).
