I was at this show. I remember they soundchecked Blockbuster with David while we were in line waiting to get in. But when they did this during the show, it was epic! And being like 15 and never getting to see Jesus Lizard, I wasn't ready for Yow on top of me. Great show all the way!

One thing to note is that Moving in Stereo is a song about a musician having difficulty dealing with newfound success and the stress that comes along with it. Cobain committed suicide less than a month later and no doubt that kind of stress was a factor. And it wasn't a bad cover at all, it's just that the quality of the recording is low.
