Honestly, this is painfully obvious. Exceed has a binder #KK0447H with a spin label that is accessed from the inside. It’s not obvious how this works without me just ripping it apart to figure it out. If you can do a video on that, would be great. Thank you!
My Swingline 3 hole punch looks similar to the one in the video but doesn't have it labeled for "2 holes" like it does for "3 holes" instead I have 7 INCH CENTERS, 5½ IN CENTERS, 4¼ IN CENTERS, 2¾ IIN CENTERS, NEUTRAL ZONE" and the same measurements working towards the other ending with "7 INCH CENTERS, 3 HOLE STO or S70" I didn't think it would be so difficult to make 2- 2-hole punches and then switch back to the 3-hole punch... at this point I might as well use my single hole hand punch to punch out the 4 holes total that I need and just try measuring and hoping I'm able to line everything up without making too much of a mess of these medical records, but if anyone has any tips, I'd greatly appreciate them, please.
thank you for this small but efficient tutorial, I was desperately struggling and on the verge of insanity, tears and borderline frustration until I saw this. thank you, you just saved a life today 🙏
I figured it out: 1) open the machine like you’re adding new rolls 2) cut the film off the roll 3) reroll the unused film to move it out of the way 4) turn on the machine and run in reverse to remove what is between the rollers 5) re-add the “new” film as usual
Before watching this I spent 15 minutes trying to figure out how this put the binding on. Turns out it doesn't! This giant machine merely spreads the binding and I have to load it myself. Definitely would not have guessed that. Thanks for setting me straight. Now I have a cool dry-erase monthly calendar I can flip over, life is good.
Omg I have the 40cm deep one but same mechanism. Could not figure out how to open the staple tray. Could not see the arrow ! I would have died without this video. thanks !!
DO NOT BUY MARTIN YALE. They are horrible at multifolds, each piece is folded differently as there is nothing to make sure it goes in straight. No top rollers or anything. There are holes like there should be something there but there is not. You will get rubbing on the metal guides because each piece is brought into the machine crooked. I will be selling this on ebay as soon as a much nicer model from a better company arrives. Nothing is upgraded from their old machines, also the new machine does not have a variable control like the old ones. Bad upgrade from my old machine.
