@melissaskavinska I went for the box of 6. The caramel & cookies one was really good! They used to do a Nutella and strawberry mix. Hopefully, you get to try that one

Yes of course, I think one reason why you may not be seeing results is that the exercises don’t seem to challenge you, after each exercise you should be feeling a slight shake and burn. To increase the level of challenge I would recommend when doing the workout to add resistance this can be in a form of a weight and it doesn’t have to be a big weight 2kg is totally fine. Or you could add a band to minimise movement Let me know if this helps 👍

Unfortunately you won’t be able to see results straight away after doing it once, I would recommend doing it 3 times a week with a combination of other of my workouts
