Basic formula is three times the rent as a monthly income. Lets do the math.... For a Studio my salary would need to be 72K a year. For a one bedroom my salary would need to be $87K a year For a 2 bedroom my salary would need to be 113K For a 3 bedroom my salary would need to be 146KI These rates are NOT AFFORDABLE to the working class of Cape Cod. These apt. are high end Units not affordable rents. Built on a Sand pit. The town has been duped....Look at Everleigh Cape Cod Active Adult 265 Communication Way, Hyannis, MA just down the street on Independence DR. is not full after 5 years. I have contacted them several times with NO RETURN call or email... MY wife and I are retired surviving on $3K with HAC assistance at Village Green. Village Green is a Disaster .......I invite any member of the committee to visit Village Green and see for yourselves. My contacts will be listed below. To tell you the truth. Hanover is way to fancy for simple Cape Coders like us.. I have been listening to this for over 20 years....Now that the Towns and Hospitals can not hire personels to fill their positions do to housing cost there seems to be an urgency to action. After severing the Cape for over 30 years my wife I are trying to remain on Cape, I am from Framingham and my wife is a 12 generation family form the Cape. Great video, know getting basic idea out, and regulations. In RI we get tons, get upset seeing people getting limit day after day, illegal sizes ect.. call Dem never show..
Are there any plans for EV charging infrastructure on the new site? Whole Foods already has this option at their current location. Would be a shame to lose two more places to charge when out and about in Hyannis.
