Stacey shares how the Barnstable Council on Aging and the Barnstable Adult Community Center provide structured social programs for Barnstable's older residents who may feel isolated and have memory/processing issues.
Stacey also talks about how they provide education and respite support programs for caregivers to help alleviate some of the stress of being a full-time caregiver.
