Thank you for this awesome video. I have a 24 Jeep Grand Cherokee L and tow a Jayco Jayfeather Micro 199MBS and we have the Vision S 3-way system and could only get the rear camera to stay on. I'm hoping this fixes the issue as I'd love to be able to use the side cameras, specially when you put on the turn signal and switch lanes or merge. I did read on the Amazon reviews of someone losing their trailer brakes with this? any issues with the brake controllers? Thanks again!
time to get out of california lol. I saw where a dude had registered his EPA complaint vehicle out of state. he gets pulled over by CHP and the cop says hes not allowed in california lol. try again dude lol
Hi, I’ve just bought one of these (8 person). I can barely feel the filtration flow but have nothing to compare it with, is it normal or not? Very frustrating!
We are going to try this adapter. Will this adapter work when the truck and trailer are parked a set for camping and no longer connected? We want to use the cameras for security.
Thanks for the video - tree fell on my 2016 1500 and totalled it. i wondered why my camera didn't work with the new 2022 6.2L Silverado 1500 TB. appreciate the model number!
We’ve had ours six weeks We are loving it We have had the water in it 4 weeks now The first two weeks don’t go well We tried enzymes. Yuk Now all we’ve used is peroxide It’s wonderfully clean clear and smells great We have hard water, but we rub it down with a crocheted scrubby and it’s plugged the filter once with the calcium but I’m only on second filter in a month We also ditched the pleated filters for the blue kind that kind of look like a pool noodle. Extremely low maint and healthier than chemicals
Hi. Do you also have bubbles coming out by the air inlet (poutch) at the bottom, it comes up slowly, even long after using the bubble function? I just wonder if this is normal? Thanks
We filled it with air, checked all the openings, filled with water and air started going out of the walls and water poured out. what are we doing wrong?
Very nice setup, would love to see a video of the fifth wheel connected and talking about clearance with lifted trucks and fifth wheels cause there’s not many 19-24 trucks , I’m on the fence between a 4” or 6” because of clearance issues when I get a fifth wheel!
First, thanks for the video! This info should be on Lipperts/Furrions sites. It not on any truck manufacturer site. I've been looking all day for info on this. I'm installing a rear with side marker cameras now. I started looking for information once I discovered that 2020+ GM trucks had this Power Management System that used Pulse Code Modulation for the trucks lights. I realized it now made sense that when you see videos of these trucks the lights are flickering and the video refresh rate was catching it in action. The Furrion Cameras are designed to work within the 8-30VDC range. I found another video where a guy measured the voltage sent to the marker lights and due to the PCM it was 7 volts. He just installed a switch in the camper umbilical cord J-box to provide constant power to the marker lights when switched on. Two drawbacks to that. If you leave the switch on without power to you camper you will drain the battery eventually and if you forget to turn it on you won't have power to the marker lights or cameras. The former is a bigger problem than the later as you will likely realize you forgot to turn the power on when the cameras don't work. While the switch is easy to install I chose the adapter. As an FYI here's the fellas video. He gives a great explanation of the PMS PCM. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wOSaiomoK7c.html
