That was me 5 years ago. I wanted someone to help me with my pain. I wanted someone to fix my problems and health until I realized that I am the only one who can help me. I dropped 112 pounds and started thinking positive and doing things that help me i.e CrossFit, eating healthy, etc. Now I’m the one who gives people advice and motivation to help them drop the coal.

You are a great teacher. Your explanations are logical & convincing. Your ideas are pragmatic & useful. However, it seems to.me, that your teachings You learned from books. You lack experiential knowledge. You need praxis & more hands-on experience.
What does it mean when my mom used to beat the hell outta me? Kicked me once and broke a rib cuz she was mad we were too loud? Or smacked the shit outta me combo 10 piece style cuz i was crawling up the stairs and she was impatient? Or beat me with the metal end of the belt when she had a headache and we were being too loud? Among 100 other things like that.. And never remember ever getting a hug or i love you except on the day my sister died last year? Seems like i either attract women that wana beat on me and treat me like shit or lie and sneak around on me but everything else seems perfect? Dont understand man..
