Hey! Just curious to know how much half a acre ran you in your area. I don't know what's normal but I'm me area 1 acre is so expensive. Ive seen 50k low end and up. I also noticed you have paved driveway. How much did that cost you if you don't mind me asking? Just trying to see how much I can afford lol
I don't give info about what I paid b/c it's irrelevant. Prices have changed & definitely depends on your area. 😊 Everything was included in my package except land.
I use to despise mobile homes but their really nice now. I just can't bring myself to get a 300k brick home then end up paying almost double by the end of the 30 yr mortgage smh

All brick homes are a lot of work. The mortar constantly has to be replaced between the bricks and window seal, which is work. I feel you on the yard work😂
We live in a HOA as well. HOAs have a bad reputation, but we've found it to be great. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. No more crackheads, drug dealers, or violence 😂
I've been following you for a while now. Im sorry you are having such an overwhelming experience with your yard and other home ownership issues. We live in a rural area too in Alabama and yes we have other dogs coming on our property at night and it does get old. We have dogs too but they are in fences where they cannot get out to disturb others and their property. I was just complaining about living in a small apartment and dealing with noisy neighbours, leaking pipes, and needing more space. Here you are making me feel more grateful because of your rant about home ownership. LOL The grass(sorry for the pun) is always greener on the other side. Whew, Chile!
Living in a small apartment with noisy neighbors AND leaking pipes is definitely something to be complaining about b/c you got people that should fix that for FREE asap lol! Neither one is better than the other..it's all a scam. 😄 Gotta live tho. ✌🏽
Home ownership is definitely a journey. I purchased my first, and only home, in 1999. I am five years from paying my home off. And you're right, most newer homes are not all brick. I am fortunate my home is all brick. Hang in there sis! Better days are coming ❤!

Lol yes maam just speaking my truth! I'm not sure anymore about that yet, Wynter said she's gonna have her a 2 story home with 2 dogs when she's older 😄. I may still leave it for her if she wants it.
