In 2024, annual tuition is 65K. Are they crazy? Does it really need to be that high? Georgetown, and other universities of the same ilk, are clearly taking advantage of students and their families for what's now considered legal price gouging. These students, unless they're from a wealthy family, will spend the rest of their lives trying to pay off this four year debt. And, if they decide to go on to graduate school, which most of them will, they'll be saddled with an even greater burden. And, the price for higher education won't be leveling off anytime soon.
Hi. A nice video. I’ve been to Richmond and VA many times. It’s a nice place. I live close by in Baltimore, MD. I’ve been thinking about moving down there for a while. I’ve only visited VA but have never lived down there. Is the day-to-day crime in Richmond low? Does it feel safe living and walking in the city everyday? Some places look just run down but I think that’s just how the city was originally build with a colonial design. Are rooms to rent pretty cheap down there in an average full-time working income? Are winters in Richmond with hardly any snow or no snow at all being in the Southeast Sunbelt too? Thank you very much. 👍🏻
No offense, yellow water, no place to shop or fine dining,. Sedona and Flagstaff are way better choices .Just look at Airbnb DNA data, Pinetop and Lakeside have very low occupancy while Sedona and Flagstaff are in the 90%. If you are a world traveler, Lake Tahoe and Vail are highly recommended. Worth every penny.
I really appreciated this video, the walk around the town was wonderful, and real. This I agree is the best video of Charleston. Thank you, a very good job! 😃
Born and raised in El Paso TX, its grown alot, but more quiet than before the pandemic. I was a security guard for sun metro buses, downtown busy crowded. I left in 2010, to the grand canyon, now i work for Carlsbad Caverns National Park. Love shopping at the fountains, love the malls.
👍👏 I just recently relocated to Pensacola Florida and am thrilled that this gem is only a few hours away! We’re excited and looking forward to visiting this beautiful city in a few months! 🥰 When is the best time to go without too much craziness? 😂
