I usually work there with a wealthy man name Mr Lloyd Burke, owner of 2 n a half lot second wife was a Big Teacher ,he get 14 children's, he was also a president for the Kiwanis of Spanish Town, he once ago own bulldozers tractors compressors, n many other equipments, he usually leased boats from Jamaica to go to carnivals overseas, but he died sometime in 2004, was Soo kind , he did got about 3 Strokes, the last one took him home, he didn't not survive that one,RIP ,SOIP ,Mr Lloyd Burke.

Man, we Love-love-love your videos and subtle narration throughout. I play them in my office on repeat some days. I got spoiled after watching the Beverly Hills fly-over with the names of the celebrities houses so we know what we are looking at. Thanks to all the people here who commented and even broke down the minute by minute houses to watch for. I am currently in the market for another property in Jamaica. So your videos are perfect when assessing specific high end neighborhoods- as well as a nice conversation piece playing in 4k while entertaining guests abroad. I know adding the names is time consuming in the edit room. But unless Jamaica has laws against that- it takes your content to the next level for the education of business owners, returning residents, real estate investors, etc… Bless up and thanks again 🙏🏾💪🏾

The developers are kemtex development, ur pricing are way off. The prices start from 29 mill to the Town house starting at 38 mill, they all have separate wash room other than the townhouse.
The house at the right center of the screen at 19:44 is the oldest house in the area and a former great house....the former home of national hero George William Gordon.....

MOST OF THESE HOUSES WERE BUILD LONG TIME AGO IN THE LATE SIXTIES AND EARLY SEVENTIES. ONLY THE APARTMENTS ARE NEW. MOST PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN CHERRY GARDENS DID NOT BOUGHT THEIR HOUSES, BUT THEY INHERITED IT FROM THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS WHO LEAVE A WILL. WHERE IS MARK GOLDING HOUSE IN YOUR VIDEO?
Another great video bro. I agree with you on the point of not having those areas overrun by apartments. There are lots of places in central and downtown Kingston that should be gentrified by building those types of buildings. They might be thinking of crime , but that’s one way of reducing crime, bringing in new residents that actually change the mindset of the people. Trust me it works, I’ve seen it happen and continue to happen in New Uork City.

Mark was in finance before,but him never a make no money till Omar Davis carry him come engineer finsac which reck the economy in the 90s, finsac seized a lot of poor Jamaicans assets, and money, every week we used to hear two,three businesses close down, a lot of people get lay of and send home, we used to have high unemployment, Omar Davis couldn't even pay civil servants,PNP was a disaster
