You need to not listen to rumours because those rumours are incorrect, 20 South was done by AVS, Parkhurst one was done by Island Homes, and the Genesis 28 was done by Alfran, a first time developer with a loan from Jamaica Mortgage Bank, so whoever told you that info doesn't know anything.
