This may be a controversial opinion but I absolutely hate how these newer model cars have touch screens instead of actual button. Its really distracting trying to mess with the screen and all the different icons cuz you can’t figure out how to turn the radio off.
I own a car service in Boston. If Lexus made the TX with a normally aspirated V-6 for the same price as the Lincoln Aviator Reserve, I’d buy five of them tomorrow.
You didn’t mention eyesight. It has all the tech most others competition has. I have had mine for 2 years. I do like have buttons for my air conditioning/heat. The newer one has the eye monitor you didn’t mention either. Gotta be fair.. it’s also one of the safest cars out there.
My questions: How much KWH consumed does running the A/C while parked? Any safe way to connect on roof solar to the EV battery to help maintain while parked (Wish they offered a Solar in port one day) Realistically waiting for more infrastructure in Florida, 400 mile range and 150 miles in 15 minutes.
They lose a ton of money on each one. Tesla actually makes money on their cars. Without the Arab money, Lucid would have been bankrupt a long time ago.
This video’s review of the ride quality makes next to no sense. Comfort mode is smooth and supple. For something more connected to the road, Sport mode tunes it accordingly.
Can people start addressing the issues with the engine? This shares the engine in the newer infiniti q60-q50 which have been having turbo and engine block issues since 2017. Would love for that to get talked about more so the issues can be addressed in the new z. People already having the issue in the new z😬
I have a 2013 Santa Fe Sport and it's a beautiful round curvy design and I call it my Egg. They have gone waayyyy too rectangle and boxy here. Not liking it at all.

Yeah that's what I hate about my Nissan 2015 era CVT. Just too damn lazy. Nothing is on demand. It's kind of like "mash throttle...wait for it...there you go." This actually is impacting when you try to make decisions to make that flashing yellow light within 3-5 seconds or not. So don't make those kind of moves in Nissan CVTs. It might kill you, when it goes, "Okay, okay...I'm going."
Fun fact: a squircle is actually a technical term for a square with rounded edges. But yea I don't like it either. Oh and as far as maps, for google maps always choose to download offline maps. You can choose several different regions. It saves you from data if you don't have an unlimited plan and will still work without a cell connection.
The biggest difference between the v6 and 4cyl is actually the transmission. V6 has automatic, the 4cyl is cvt. Unless you find the rare manual, but most are auto.
Incredible car that so many can't afford.....period. I would buy Lucid over Tesla in a heat beat. Such a pleasure to ride. Incredible, really. I hope baby Air will be designed for the REGULAR consumers. Lucid can do very well in that market.
