I'm sorry, perhaps it's because I grew up in the 60's and 70's when boys pretty much worked to keep their cars running 24/7 or maybe it's because I'm now a Grad degreed Principal Aerospace Engineer with America's largest defense contractor, but do we really need a RU-vid video on how to jumpstart your own car?
I am going to do this on my bighorn 2020 and I've been trying to figure out how the cowl was removed and now I know thanks for showing this but now it's the bottom door trim I need to know? Do you just pry up and back?
What is needed to add for the voice box and small light detection to install and make them work?. The voice box is for the music sync or for voice command?.
Brother I have 35x12.5 with 6 lift and with my trimming I still hit/rub. What happens when your turning and you hit bumps or ditch..your gonna hit hard.. I know I have already.. good luck brother
I have a 3.5 inch lift with 35x12.50 R18 0 offset and I had a very slight rub. Moved the fender liner back a little bit and I have 0 rub. Even over bumps while turning in reverse. Zero rubbing.
2 inch spacers ..35x12.5x18..had aftermarket mud flaps..jigsawed Bach out so wouldn't rub..but you and I have lifts..that truck is stock no lift.. yeah just driving slow and on Normal rodes may be fine..but it's a truck.. you hit anything and your smoke
Thanks for the insight brotha, this truck just rolls around the city so speed bumps, curbs, potholes been fine so far. I’m sure the actual off roaders aren’t gona wana put 35s on stock height with no lift or level 😂 this one’s for the city trucks that still need to enter low ceiling parkades
@@remigielis Haven’t tried directly on the fiat 500, you can play around with the settings make sure you backup the original profile before making changes
Did this work? Do u get anymore water at all in your floor board? I have a 2021 ram just purchased with 22,000 miles and the drivers side floor board mysteriously gets wet after a rain. Also, I have a warranty, I’m not quite sure if this would be considered a body job shop or service area job? What would u think? Thank you for the detailed video, it’s ridiculous that this hasn’t been recalled by fca/stellantis. The mold alone, from constant moisture, could cause health issues.
You can always use a flat head screwdriver to get between the rubber hose and the plastic thing that the hose is going over as well to maneuver it off a little more easily

2 questions I have a 22 gt, does the console slide back the same with shifter being in middle console And what if you have the stock lighting on the door handles already What do you do with those?
Installs exactly the same with the TRX/GT consoles. We recommend to remove the dim factory lighting, it won’t be visible after you install ours anyways as it washes out the dim oem lighting. Feel free to contact us at weekndgarage@gmail.com if you have any questions
I upgraded my 17 ram speakers (alpine system) i put in all jbl. Only issue i have is that the front doors are very quiet and seem to only play lows and maybe mids. Anyone have any idea what i can do?
I bought the same cover for my 2017 Honda Ridgeline. The rubber between the panels is deteriorating and tearing. this cover was bought in 2017 so its has some time on it. I contacted Bakflip trying to buy new rubber for in between the panels and was told they do not sell these particular parts but, would sell me a new cover. They did offer a discount but I am not going to buy another one of these covers for it to just fail again. Terrible customer service for the amount of money these covers cost. i do not recommend these covers at all they are not worth the money
I did 5 all around on my truck too and it looks cool but it’s just too dangerous at night. Like you’re saying there’s lots of guessing and hoping you’re not going to hit someone or something. Trying to navigate a dimly lit parking lot at night is almost impossible. Also if you like to go out at night for a cruise and look around at your scenery forget about it with 5%

Just an FYI my fourth generation Ram 1500 has a metal bar directly behind the front door speakers that is a mere three inches from the front so your depth needs to be very carefully selected on any new speakers.
Yes I thought about doing the linex but didn’t like the rough texture and it adds about 40-70 pounds. Being a daily the mat works out well for my cargo boxes and random things here n there😄
@@kailloulai this is a truck bed liner. I looked up Tuxmat and all they make are interior floor mats. If you have a link to the Tuxmat, share it with us to make a comparison.
@@WeekndGarage I can relate. I may go this route as I still want to add a bed cover. Then it doesn't matter much. I did have the LineX sprayed in my last truck and loved it. It was an exposed bed so it worked out great. Thanks for your videos. Really help to see how products fit and work on the RAM.
What year is your truck? My research comes up with that the new software isn't out for the 2024 and advised not to use the 19-23 software as it could mess up the ECU.
Sadly, this didn’t work on my truck, but…Ram just recently extended the warranty on the seals on the fin and lights. I called in and let them know that the seal failed on my back window.I explained that the only way for my window frame to crack on the inside of my truck was if water was getting into the seal and expanding from freezing temps. They replaced it. I didn’t have to pay a dime. I didn’t go through the dealership, but contacted the Ram warranty service directly.
